I realize that this is supposed to be an inexpensive hotel, but the lack of ease in finding the location made this not worth the price to me. There was a similar Extended Stay hotel only 3-4 blocks away that would have been closer to the hotel that was hosting my insurance class, but I had to go to a street called Lois and find the hotel off a side street. The street was blocked off due to construction and the tiny sign almost made it impossible to see as I arrived in the dark. Definitely sorry that I booked this same hotel for the 2nd weekend I had to attend class.

The room was spacious. Decent little kitchen area. Could have used some shampoo and conditioner, I don’t pack it because most hotels provide it. If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep it perfect. Not much to do at the hotel but if you just plan on sleeping there and not much else it fit’s the bill.

There is another hotel of the same name two blocks away that looks like a southern Florida oasis. This one does not. It is a box on a back alley. Still, it looked clean enough in the parking lot. The people in the lobby were hanging out with the desk person. They didn't seem to be guest and were a bit unkept (understatement). We got our room key and as soon as we got out of the elevator there was a man screaming like he was dieing in a room. We rushed into our room and called the desk. They said "really" and "I afraid to go up there. Besides I can't leave the desk". We basically rushed in and out of the room the rest of the trip. Scarry.

The hotel did not have a swimming pool and was not extravagant or fancy, but it met my needs for the duration. It is close to two very big malls and is very close to several restaurants. I would recommend it to anybody who does not mind preparing his own meals during his stay. I enjoyed having a small kitchen to prepare meals early morning or late evening. I would highly recommend this hotel to any body.

The room was good and the bed...very comfortable. We've been to Extended Stays in the past so the 19" TV with minimal stations and the lack of maid service was no problem. However, the fact that only one burner was working on the electric stove made it very difficult to cook, especially with our full time schedule. We went to the front desk and were assured the problem would be taken care of the next day. No such luck. We finally had to borrow the room key of an unoccupied suite down the hall just to cook dinner. A minor inconvenience, but still worth noting.

No housekeeping for those staying less than 6 days, if you need towels or linen you need to take them to the desk and they will give you clean ones. Room had a full size frig and 2 burner electric stove and a microwave. Room was also equipped with cooking utensils, plates, and silverware. When I got to the hotel they told me they were booked and they had transferred me to another hotel. When I got to that hotel they didn't have the right room for me. I had ordered a room with two double beds and the room they gave me was a handicap accessible room with only one double bed. After trying three rooms they were all the same, even though their computer system showed them as having two double beds. This went on for over an hour and the only options left were to try and get into another hotel or take a room that was reserved for smokers. It was late so we took that room, even though we are not smokers. The room and hotel were very nice. The big issue was changing hotels in a rain storm, getting to the hotel and them not having a room for us, and then having to take a room that smelled of smoke.

The hotel was ok, Nothing spectacular. It did have a great bed though. Hotels in Tampa are pretty pricey so this one was decent for the price. It was an efficiency with a full size refrigerator and a stovetop and microwave. The first room they gave me hadnt been cleaned, the second didn't have a coffeepot but the front desk had one for me. It was a pretty good hotel and the staff was friendly. They only change the linen once a week unless you pay extra, and you have to get rid of your own garbage down the hall. There is a huge mall across the street and it is pretty convenient to everything. I would stay there again.

The hotel said that the security went to warn upstair's people since others were complaining, too. However, it continued for 4 hours and we feel that the hotel should be able to take care those things much better. Since the kitchen was in the same room, the refregirator that water inside was leaking was noisy. With the price we paid and these condition, I don't think I can recomend this hotel to others.
