We just needed a pet friendly room with wi-fi, and this place included both for a reasonable rate. It wasn't spectacular, but it was adequate for a Super 8 and I didn't expect much. It was an older hotel that could use some sprucing up, and it wasn't immaculately clean, but it was clean enough and very quiet. wi-fi was a bit slow. You get what you pay for, but it was priced right and provided what I needed.

Expensive for what I was looking for. Limited menu at restaurant, but helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings and good amenities, especially if family with kids. Walls were thin, and neighbours movements and activities were very apparent. Housekeeping was late, but plenty clean towels :)

The comfort, cleanliness & friendliness was perfect. Didn't care about over hearing discussion of early a.m. clerks talking about co-workers gossiping... & their opinions while I'm trying to read the morning paper & have my coffee. Breakfast was very good but kept running out of sausage & eggs, probably cause it was good. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful!! The rooms were clean and breakfast in the morning had a great selection. The price was lowest in the area so I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel really was. Will definitely book again.

The location was an issue. Sure, you can walk to town but it's a little to far and not a nice walk. The hot tub was ok, large enough but full of kids most of the time. It's a nice place and a great value but I'll stay closer to town next time.

The pillows are horrible, but the bed is comfortable and the room was fine. Nice to have a fridge and microwave and coffee in the room. Also free wireless. It was near where I needed to be while I was in Bend. I've stayed there before, and then other places, and now I've come back to the Fairfield.. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience in your hotel and for a great rate. During our 2 week road trip, this was the nicest hotel we stayed in and actually was one of the least expensive. Would highly recommend it to others.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Bend while visting family over Christmas. Overall, we were extremely pleased. The hotel seems new. Colorfully decorated, clean and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We really enjoyed the extras like the hot tub and the free coffee and breakfast in the morning. It was snowing and cold, so it was nice to have access to hot water, coffee and tea all the time. We had a family gathering and it was nice to use the dining area to play games in. The breakfast was better than I expected, with good choices for multiple nights I didn't have to eat the same thing again and again. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at this hotel was an overnight stopover between destinations. We were very pleased with the helpful staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The free continental breakfast was excellent - eggs and sausage, waffles, cereal and great coffee!! We will definitely stay here again when traveling through central Oregon.
