This hotel is very convenient to all downtown attractions and one block from the light rail. Was in town to visit and attend a Texans game. Very nice city and nice hotel. Breakfast was good and the hotel had free internet. Always a plus.

We were just bombing into Houston for an overnight business stay, so I just shopped price. I would have expected to pay at least 50% more than the room rate I paid for the amenities, location and service. The room was very spacious and the kitchenette was a nice bonus, especially if you were staying for a few days.

Contruction outside. Only has valet parking. No access from parking lot, must walk a block around the building with homeless people. The hotel room overall was clean, spacious, and fairly comfortable despite only having a queen size bed. We only needed it for prom night so it was okay.

This is just a decent business hotel, located roughly in the middle of downtown about six blocks from the convention center, within an easy walk of the theater district and the streetcar. Nothing fancy but my suite was clean and quite spacious. Free breakfast was really good, too.

I was so pleased with the quality of this hotel and even more wowed by their incredible staff, from the eager to give directions (valet) to the very knowledgable front desk staff. If you asked for advice of a good restaurant they would look up a few give you directions, and ask if they could make a reservation for you. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even maintenance workers who we passed in the hallway asked about our stay and if there was anything they could do to make it better. Talk about impecable customer service! I had a wonderful stay and I woukd reccomend this hotel to anyone! Great Great choice especially for the reasonable price!
