"Delighted with this hotel"

It's one of those hotels where we wish we'd not booked a follow on hotel so soon - two days here would have been great. Sooo friendly and really clean / bright rooms. Nice welcome, fast service, english not a problem at all. Beds comfy - Wireless internet was superb - no drop offs. Didn't have an evening meal as prices are a bit steep (even for Sweden) but the meals looked superb.. Breakfast was comprehensive and fresh with very attentive staff - again English was no problem - overal we're delighted with our stay - wished it was longer

Hotellet ligger sentralt i Mora. Det er stille og fredlig der. Romme var rent, men det ble ikke skiftet lyspærer, såpedispensere o.l. ved behov. Dette måtte en spørre om, og det gjør noe med helhetsinntrykket. Det var dårlig service i spisesalenen til frokost.

Beställde ett rum för 2 vuxna + 2 barn och fick en minisvit . När vi kom var det dubbelsäng med endast ett täcke och en bäddsoffa som hade sett sina bästa dagar, den knakade och var rätt uttjänad. Städningen var heller inte den bästa, dåligt dammat, endast dammat på öppna ytor. -MEN VÄLDIGT TREVLIG PERSONAL!

Hotellet var greit nok for ei natt slik vi hadde behov for, men hadde ikke greid å vært der på det samme rommet noen flere netter, da det var ut mot gata og vi ikke kunne ha vinduet oppe som vi ønsket. Med tre senger på et så lite rom, ble det alt for varmt og dårlig luft.

Til å være 2.5 stjerners hotell, ble vi veldig overrasket. Helt ok rom, deilig frokost, veldig bra- og gratis treningsrom (det beste vi har hatt noen ganger, sammenlignet med alle hotellstandarder, også 5-stjerners) og sentralt. Vi kommer dit igjen om vi skal til Mora.

"Bra läge men med brister"

Hotellet ligger bra med bra rum. Dock var det supervarmt på rummet och städningen var inte 100. Vattnet rann inte ned i handfatet pga att hela avloppet var en enda stor hårboll.... Frukosten var bra men det var hela tiden saker som var slut som man fick fråga den unga personalen efter. Allt från kaffe till ägg.
