I love the location, price and the room was clean! I came in early and they gave me an upgrade so that I could park and walk on over to Disneyland. Thank you!!! It was a perfect location for my daughter and I to walk even at night.

In general, excellent location, 10 min walking distance to disneyland. The only negative thing I hace to say about it, is that bed an pillows are hard to sleep on. The pillows feels like rocks, you better take your own, overall friendly staff, good service

The family in charge was very nice, and the grounds at the hotel were very nice as well. The grounds in the court yard reminded me of a hotel from the fifties, kind of retro, but real cute. It was a comfortable stay, except for the pillows, they were too hard. Next time I'll bring my own pillow and things will be great.

I've stayed in a number of the cheaper hotels along Katella, and this one isn't bad. Larger rooms than most, which was good for us since we had a baby and he comes with a lot of accessories. The fridge barely worked, kept things cool rather than cold. Carpets could use a good deep cleaning and the room could probably use some basic paint/maintenance. […] However all items aside from the fridge worked well - toilet, shower, microwave, sink (didn't use the TV at all). Location is very walkable to Disney, hence why we stay on Katella often. Relatively quiet though upstairs neighbors were easy to hear walking around. Overall this motel was adequate, clean and the pool is a bonus. The reception we received upon arrival was less than impressive. The hotel employee/proprietor was adamant we did not have a booking even though I had booked and paid for the room the day before through hotels.com. I stood my ground and produced the booking on my phone. He insisted he did […] not have it, told me it.could be another motel of same name in the area. When he realised I wasn't going away, he found my paperwork. It was right in front of him the whole time. Beware this situation, Perhaps the motel does not want to pay the commission owed to the website and will try and make you pay again direct to them and you would then be required to recover your payment later from hotels.com. I came here with 2 other people for a 4 day stay. We were able to check in early, but had to wait a few minutes for our room to be finished. The staff there are very friendly and responded to all of our concerns very efficiently. Our room was a mini suite which consisted of a king bed and a double bed. There was a coffee maker and microwave in the room […] that worked well. The look of the hotel is a little old school, but it is well maintained. Sheets are thin but was comfortable. The air conditioner/fan worked wonders and there is cable TV! The Wifi is free, but the connection was pretty slow. There is also free parking which was great. It was a 10 minute walk to Disneyland, which was a plus. The swimming pool water was a little too cold, but it felt good in the hot weather. The jacuzzi was great, not too hot. It is a very short, easy walk to Disneyland. There is also a great view of the parks fireworks from the second story balcony. There was a continental breakfast provided but it was a little lacking, only pastries, juice and coffee. Because of the location alone I would come back and stay here again.

Stayed here for a three day Disneyland vacation and was attracted to this hotel due to its price and the amount of beds it offered. The hotel is about a 15min. walk to the park and is located next to the Anaheim Garden Walk which offers several restaurants. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is not much other than […] a place to sleep. The outside of the hotel is not much to look at and the rooms look as if they have not been updated in quite some time. The continental breakfast is nothing more than some cheap pastries and awful coffee. They do have a pool and spa that looked clean and well maintained, which may help after a long day at the park. When we arrived, we had to wait till 2pm for check in which was a 2 hr wait, no exceptions. When we asked to use the bathroom the clerk/owner replied there were no restroom facilities available to us eventhough we had already paid for out stay at the motel. The worst part is the horrid conditions of the carpet which wreaked with stench since they have […] been stained for so many years and not washed. Because of the filth of the room, I was very weary of bedbugs, lice. At night we could not sleep on a Sat to Sunday since the walls are thin our neighbor had a party till 4am! We LOVED our stay. For the price, I was a little worried, but we really wanted to be close to Disneyland and I wanted a jacuzzi for after Disneyland. Parking is free, but make sure you park there early enough to get a good spot, because during the evening hours it may be a problem finding one. First let me say that I was not expecting The Ritz. I have stayed in the best as well as the worst and was expecting somewhere in the middle. For the most part they delivered. There were a few irritating items that made this stay less than stellar. We were visiting with friends and called to request adjoining rooms so the kids rooms would be connected. […] We were told prior to the visit that this was not a problem and when I checked in, I confirmed that this would not be an issue. I was given my room and told that when the other party arrived they would be given room 206. (I was in 205). We were at Disney when our friends arrived and they were checked into room 204. While it is indeed next door, it's not adjoining and not what we asked for nor what we were promised. It reduced the value and experience that our kids had. A slightly more irritating defect was the toilet seat. When I lifted the lid, I noticed a rubber strip wedged into the part where the seat is supposed to be screwed to the base. It appears that the screw was stripped and the rubber was a wedge to keep the seat from coming off. What is baffling is that they just didn't fix it, but rather chose to do a makeshift repair that lasted around 5 minutes. It seems lazy and inexplicably cheap. Yes, the seat came off. It's basic, relatively clean, close to Disney, safe for families so it gets a 3 (OK). It's a shame too because it could truly be the best value if they paid more attention to detail and kept their word. Read more

I was staying for business for an event at the convention center OK.hotel overall, location is about the only thing going for it. Its surrounded by higher end hotels. Disney Land and the Convention center are just 5 minutes away by walking...side walk the whole way. Room was very basic, and kinda old, had that "old room smell". Hotel is close to Garden Walk shopping center with several dining choices. Our hotel room was very spacious and included a microwave and fridge.
