I've stayed here before and have never been disappointed in anyway. I have always found the rooms to be very clean and the staff always friendly and willing to make my stay a pleasent one.

This hotel is directly across the street from Chateau Elan. The Chateau runs a free shuttle between the two hotels, so it is nice to be able to attend an event or visit the winery, without worrying about getting back safely. It was clean however, and everything in the room worked as it should. The free breakfast in the lobby was nice and was stocked much better than other free breakfasts I've had. Friendly staff, awesome breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. I don't know much about the Atlanta Metro Area, this hotel was right across the street from the wedding I attended otherwise I wouldn't reccomend the location as it is far away from most of the places I wanted to see.

No real complaints -- only had one luggage cart but I was on the first floor so not a big deal. Breakfast was good and not crowded at all. Room was fine although a bit small in comparison to other HIExpress I've used.

Great place to stay. Have stayed there in past years and would use it again. If you want 10 star accomodations, then you will pay 10 times what it should cost one to have a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and great breakfast. We had a positive experience there.

Beds were not comfortable. Carpet in room looked dirty and old. When we returned to room in evening the bedding and our clothes were wet from moisture in the room. Sheets and blankets stuck to us as we tried to sleep.

Small rooms. If your just sleeping there, it's ok, but there's cheaper around. Breakfast was sub ok. Towels like 80 grit sandpaper. People working there were nice. Parking spaces are tight, watched a pickup truck do a 20 point turn to get out in the morning.

I saved $100 a night by staying at this nice place while attending a conference across the street. It is just a quarter mile from the resort hotel and winery. Grocery store is practically next door, with a refrigerator and microwave in the room, this Holiday Inn Express offers great value and friendly staff.

We were in town for business on what had to be one of the worst weekends we could have booked this hotel! There was a little league tournament going on somewhere in the vicinity. We realize this means lots of activity from kiddos during the day - no problem - we were working. But the activity NEVER ended! Not just from the kids, but from the parents […] as well. You couldn't even get through the lobby because it was elbow to elbow of screaming, running children AND adults. We were downstairs - it sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in because kids were running non-stop unstairs. We complained SEVERAL times. The poor lady at the front desk repeatedly went upstairs to ask them to calm down to no avail. Still at 10:30 pm - the place was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. I bet I called the front desk 5 times before finally giving up! We packed our things and began the dreaded hotel switch - mind you - we had to be at work at 7 am! I called another hotel and described what was going on - she could hear the chaos herself through the phone! She assured me they too had little league families there - but that she did not tolerate such activity at 10:30 at night. We were much happier at the new hotel! I feel like there is obviously poor management at this hotel and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone! Read more

This small hotel is only two blocks east of I-85 southbound, about 55 miles north of the Atlanta airport. The building is quite new, everything is fresh, and there is ample parking. This hotel seemed sub standard for a Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were humid and slightly outdated. Bed was ok but the pillows were lacking. Breakfast service was outstanding! The breakfast bar was continually stocked and cleanliness well kept. Staff was very cordial and helpful.
