"Nice stay-friendly staff"
Enjoyed our stay and it's in a good location for wine tasting. There's a lot of smaller family vineyards with very good wine in that location. Clean motel with a decent breakfast. We used the laundry facility there-usable. Friendly staff.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This hotel was very good for the price, but the pool & hot tub were left dirty from the night before, including cigarette butts :(Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Labor Day in Ukiah CA"
Very comfortable, spacious and clean room, appreciated the dacor, a second upholstered chair and a table to share would have been nice, large bathroom (handicap), noisy AC but then most hotel/motel room heat and air conditioning equipment is, wished there had been facial tissue in the room, gracious hosts, clean pool even though I did not use it. The […] only real complaint was the lobby kitchen was ill designed, lousy flow, everyone was bumping into each other going back and forth getting what they needed in a small U-shaped space. The utensils & plates come first, not some here and the rest on the other side of the space or smack dab in the middle of the counter. A second waffle maker was a critical but missing need. Why was the back door to the building close to the inside stairs next to the conference room always unlatched or wide opened, was it locked at night? Otherwise it was a good Labor Day weekend stay while visiting relatives and will stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Clean, quiet and comfortable"

A nice and easy stop in Ukiah for the night. The hotel is clean and the rooms are real comfortable. The pool is swimmable and nice spot to cool off in the afternoon. Staff is great and everyone was helpful. I've stayed at this hotel several times and would return again.

Hot tub temperature is set too high. Couldn't get hot water from the shower in the morning--just warm. A/C unit had a short in it and worked off and on. Otherwise nice. Spacious room, comfortable bed, speedy wi-fi, decent breakfast, nice pool.

Quick easy checkin. Helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Pool was clean and warm. Would stay again if in the area and would recommend to family and friends.
"Nice quiet place"
It was a nice place, quiet in spite of being completely full, and everyone was extremely helpful. The staff was knowledgeable about the area and gave perfect directions. Other than the lack of an elevator for this "old lady" it was a pleasurable stay.
"Great Road Trip Stop Off Hwy 101!"
My wife and I stopped here twice, once on the way to stay with friends at their beach home in Fort Bragg, and on the return back to San Francisco. It's conveniently located to nearby Ukiah stores and restaurants. The night shift desk staff recommended that we try dining at nearby Star's Restaurant and we were not disappointed! This is a Best Western, so you'll get what you pay for. We just needed a nice comfortable place to stay and have their breakfast in the morning before heading back on the road. There are also several casinos fairly close by: Robinson Rancheria Resort near Nice off Hwy 20, Hopland, and Coyote Valley. The last two are fairly small and have minimal slots and facilities.
"The Worst Hotel Experience I've Ever Had"
07/08/14 Timothy R Bay Point, United States
Messed up our reservation for a wedding that was blocked off in their system. Arrived to find out they charged us for a night we didn't book and canceled our whole reservation. Scrambled to find us a room which was smoking. (Why is smoking in hotels even a thing anymore?) Room stunk! All of our clothes wreaked of smoke. Charged us the same amount we were already going to pay for the correct reservation with no room available for the next night. Ended up staying in a motel in some other town the next night. Horrible experience. Turned a good weekend into a nightmare.
"Well Cared for and satisfied"

For a college reunion, friends stayed at a nearby Best Western hotel. They were well cared for and satisfied with their stay. The rooms were clean and the facility adequate. The pool was clean and the breakfast satisfying.
"PET FRIENDLY PLACE TO STAY"
07/07/14 Susan L Petaluma, United States
The 3 of us (fido included) had a very pleasant stay. Room was exceptionally clean, roomy and in a good location. Absolutely no freeway noise was heard even with our windows open. Heard next door guest's air conditioner go on and off all night. Breakfast was satisfactory...not too many healthy choices available. A reasonable room for the cost. Nice pool, very clean. courteous staff. If you need a place to stay with your pet, we recommend this place.

As always, I can count on the Best Western to have clean rooms with lots of great pillows. The mattresses were a bit hard. I was disappointed with the number of items that were broken or missing. The breakfast food was minimal and not enough tables to seat the guests. The jacuzzi was great and hot enough. Most hotels turn the temp way down. With a bit of maintenance and better breakfast area and food, it would get 4 stars but I will have to give 3 for now.
"A Mixed Review"

Upon arrival, Nick the night desk clerk was amazing. He welcomed us and recommended a couple of local eateries and had warm cookies, kudos! Room: phone and fridge didn't work. The next morning, when asked for two extra towels, we were told it would be an hour. Wow! Nick saved this review.
