Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.

We chose this hotel because it was closer to city center than most others and about half the nightly rate. The room was very clean and bed was pretty comfortable, good water pressure, etc. Furniture and linens were a bit aged but that was no problem. The ice machine wasn't working but the owner of the hotel was kind enough to fill our ice bucket out of her own freezer. Biggest problem with this room was that there was no thermostat, and it was VERY warm the second night. We were able to get the window open a little, but it was about 15 degrees warmer than we would have preferred. Very quick and easy drive to all the major shopping/dining in Burlington. Overall, this motel met our needs and saved us quite a bit of money over the other options. I would stay there again.

If arriving later than midnight, it is very expensive to use a limo to hotel. $34- minimum for about a 2 mile drive. Toronto airport does not have metered taxis. The free breakfast was okay but owner pushes people out by attitude and cleaning table before breakfast is finished.

I laid over at this hotel, flying in late one night and leaving first thing the following morning, so can only comment on the customer service at the desk and on the ride from and to the airport, and on the the room itself, all of which were great. I flew in late without having requested their complimentary shuttle service in advance, and the fellow […] at reception was still very kind about sending one to get me. I got my room promptly and it was very nicely appointed - I travel a lot and it was the nicest hotel room I had stayed in that week (out of 4). This is a nice, smaller hotel that is good value for the money.
"My TIFF Hotel"
The place was very very nice. I highley recommened it to others. You can see downtown Toronto from your bedroom window. Very clean, polite and mins from Expressway. Great hotel on short notice worth the price. Breakfast was delicious and they have a excersise room, spa and comfrots of home!

Eventhough the hotel is located near the air port, it was very scilent inside he hotel. In the evening, it seems there was no flight taking on-off in the airport. The traffic in Toronto was terrible especially to the downtown. It would take almost an hour to the downtown.

"Best Western Plus in Mississagua, ON"
The hotel was great. Its minutes from multiple freeways, allow one to explore all of what Toronto has to offer. Their continental breakfast was simple but fulfilling. Michele's, the attached restaurant has wonderful, authentic Italian food. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The king with jetted tub rooms are amazing.
"Clean and Quiet"
We stayed here because it was just down the street from the eye surgeon's office that we came to Toronto for. Very clean and quiet, and the desk attendants were always very helpful. The breakfast was just okay, but for free you can't really complain!

I was looking for a hotel in Toronto and I saw this hotel. I took a look at reviews and I thought it should be a very good hotel. But I was surprised to find out this is not the case. -I found out hair everywhere, in the bathroom and on the bed when we checked in -We did not ask for room service the first day, the second day, they really didn't really […] do anything other than changing the towels. They didn't leave any shampoos or soaps. The bed was not made completely. I had left a pillow with hairs on it on the couch, they just put that back with the hairs on it on the bed. -The towels were worn out -The stairs smelled so much I used elevator every time after the first time I tried the stairs If the overall rate was about 2 or 3 I wouldn't be surprized, but something around 4.5 is so overrated. The bathroom was not clean on the first or second day of our stay. The toilet, bath tub and floor were not clean. Rim of grim in the tub Unclean toilet bowl and seat Hair and candy wrappers on the floor. Cleaning crew left empty roll on the tissue spindle vs. putting a fresh roll in its place.

"Great if you're visiting Toronto and have a car"
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel 7/2/10, 7/3/10 & 7/4/10. With a rental car, we were able to make a short, simple drive each day to downtown Toronto. By doing this, we saved quite a bit of money. (There is no charge for parking at the hotel.) We had a king bed on the 1st floor and the room was large with high ceilings. The bathroom was also large. […] Everything felt very comfortable and spacious for two people. The bed was the best part of my trip! There was an adjoining restaurant where breakfast was served and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lack of air conditioning in the hallways was a minor inconvenience. I would also not advise travelling too far from the hotel after dark. The immediate area seemed safe enough, but a few blocks away, there are tons of seedy plazas where unsavory folks hang out. "Good for airport travel"
B.W. Travel Inn is a clean hotel, close to the airport. The free shuttle was good and the staff very nice. Their restaurant is closed for renovations. The breakfast, located in a deli next door, was not good. The hotel staff did place apples, bananas and boxes of dry cereal for all to enjoy. We did not have a car so could not look elsewhere for breakfast […] or dinner. We used the delivery service from Swiss Chalet and ate in our room for dinner one night. Stayed 6 nights 8/8/09-8/17/09. Parking fine, elevator slow. Clean, well maintained. Breakfast is a bit to desire. Boiled eggs,bagels muffins, cereal, waffles. Bananas and apples. Coffee,juice...Just okay. Had an earwig on the bed one night...Non after that, a fluke?

"Great Hotel Experience"
Although our stay was brief, we were very happy with this hotel. The free parking is a huge bonus, the free breakfast was excellent, and the room was neat and clean. The bathtubs are huge and the beds are some of the most comfortable I have stayed in. The price was not so bad either! We will definitely return.

Hotel recently renovated, clean and comfortable room with all the amenities, close to airport with free shuttle, helpful staff and a great continental breakfast at the restaurant next door is included. Excellent rate compared to some of the big hotels nearby. Will definitely consider again if having to overnight in Toronto before a trip.

We were really pleased with this hotel. Good service, really nice rooms and beds, good airport shuttle however couldn't stay here on the way back because the shuttle doesn't run past 12pm. Good attached Italian restaurant.

Privately owned and newly renovated, the Hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, well decorated and most of all, the staff if very friendly and professional ... you don't have to ask, they anticipate your needs. The shuttle drivers are really nice and its only about a 10-15 minutes drive to the airport. Their restaurant Michelle's is well organized ... […] they serve complimentary self serve continental breakfast which consists of boiled eggs, fresh made waffles, toast, cereals and fresh fruits.
