Overall we had a great stay here and would use Candlewood Suites again. The only complaint about the room is that I could not find an exhaust fan in the bathroom and it was needed. I had to open the bathroom door to let out the steam from the shower.

We found the motel exceptionally comfortable, clean and accommodating. We loved the woodsy theme. We had an issue with the bathroom shower faucet, which got worse thru our 3 day stay. This was honestly our only complaint. Wouldn't hesitate to book and stay again and plan on it in the near future.

"Great hospitality"
We stayed the night before my mom's surgery. They gave us a room right next to the far door so she would not have far to go. The hardwood floors in the room were beautiful and well kept, seemed much cleaner than the traditional carpet. Rooms were very clean and we came back on the second day and everything was very neat. Excellent hotel. Front desk clerks were a bit overwhelmed as hotel was overbooked when we arrived, but facilities, rooms, reception area are all excellent!

"Just minutes from Valley West shopping mall"
Beds were very comfortable and so were pillows, which they gave you 3 per bed. Room was in excellent condition and of good size. Continental breakfast was good. There was a gas station close by which was very convienant also. Got a great rate on hotels.com.

Nous y sommes restés 10 jours d'affilés. Nous sommes donc à même de donner un avis objectif.L'hotel offre globalement une trés bonne prestation, il y a pratiquement tout ( nous n'avions pas de frigo dans notre chambre,mais c'est vraiment le seul reproche à faire ) . On me dit : Best Western Plus ? je réponds : allez -y !
