Our room was cold because the heater wasn't producing much heat. It also made loud noises which kept my wife up. Not enough towels and no guide for the TV, which wasn't an HDTV by the way, and no PBS! Very clean hotel though and breakfast was good and the hotel personnel were courteous and helpful.

Booked a room for the soul purpose of the jet tub. When I was in the tub and turned the jets on a bunch of rust and junk shot out and was floating in the tub. After going to the front desk and getting my room switched the same thing happened in that room. Other than the the hotel was great. But I will not be back.

The pictures make this hotel look real upscale. So if you are expecting real fancy don't go here. However the rooms are very nice. Had a room with a Jacuzzi tub which was real nice. TV was old outdated and could not connect to the wifi. well I could connect to the wifi but with only one bar and make the intranet very slow. Over all good place to stay.

Popped in last minute after a concert and although it was further away from the venue than I would have liked, it was worth the drive. Hotel staff was friendly, rooms were clean, LOVED the jet tubs and will definitely be back!!

The staff was very friendly! The room had a whirlpool bathtub and the kids were wanting to use it but it took forever to fill up above the jets due to lack of water pressure and the water wasn't warm. Then in the morning when we took our showers there was barely any water pressure and the water wasn't warm. The television was outdated as well.

Nice hotel with big room but the hair dryer didn't work. I was looking forward to the Jacuzzi Tub but the Jets didn't work at all. It was kind of disappointing. The walls were very thin and was kept awake by party in next room. Staff was friendly.

The staff was very cordial and helpful. The rooms I rented were clean and comfortable, the HVAC unit was noisy and the inn would greatly benefit by upgrading the televisions to High Def flat panels.

Room was clean and large although dated in appearance. Had been told the hotel had been updated; I saw no evidence of that. I was very unhappy with the attitude of staff of the hotel; they never smiled and didn't seem to really care if you had a problem or not. there was nothing in the room to provide information about hours, etc. concerning the hotel services - who knows what services they provided. A little off the beaten path although close to more populated areas.

Large rooms including bathroom. Air worked very well in bed area. Toilet seat fell down every time when lifted up. Fridge worked well. Cleaning crew doesn't clean top of lamps. Room looks clean on the surface, but not when you look close. They don't get deep cleaned well. Room had many areas where it wasn't professionally redone when making changes to the walls. They use very low grade food for their breakfast area. I've had way better tasting breakfast in hotels of their quality. We weren't able to get right into our rooms at 3 o'clock. Most hotels you can get right into your rooms at that time of the day. And after waiting the key cards didn't work. Had to go back down to the desk carrying all my stuff. The hotel appeared as though it was once a Really Nice Hotel. It's as though the management doesn't want to put the time and effort into keeping it up and running it as though it was a nicer place!

ConCorde Inn is an older hotel, but is clean and well kept. Although I believe it is non-smoking, there was a cigarette burn on the sofa in our studio unit. The bed pillows are not at all comfortable. My husband likes a firm pillow and like a soft one, and both of us woke up with sore necks! The common areas are pleasant and clean. The breakfast was very disappointing. Although there were good offerings, the food was absolutely tasteless.

My room was very clean with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, flat-screen TV, excellent bed and pillows. Also, I do appreciate their striving to be Green with cards re: laundering of towels, etc. Windows that open! I usually avoid most motel pools, but this pool came highly recommended by local friends and family. The cleanliness and temperature were very good as well as the size plus lots of tables and chairs, pool-side showers, and sauna. Big exercise room! Spa! Best of all, the person at the front desk was cheery, professional, and extremely helpful. She even called my room an hour after check-in to ask if everything was to my satisfaction and was there anything else she could help with = Great!

Traveling with my son for hockey event. Room was clean, beds comfortable, decent hot breakfast (waffles, sausage & eggs, plus basic continental). Offers nice amenities - in-room whirlpool bath, free wi-fi, etc., but inconsistent function. I informed staff at checkout that the things we had trouble with were identical to reports we saw on Hotels.com before we booked and suggested that they really should address them. I saw the reports and thought they were isolated incidents, but obviously not: missing light bulbs; only 2 towels in the room; weak wi-fi (about 10 options appear, but weak signal); poor TV reception on a truly ancient TV. Unlike others, our whirlpool had a very good heater - too hot to stay in very long. I reported the bulb the first night, but they didn't replace it. When they cleaned the room, they removed the 2 towels but didn't leave clean ones. I had to go in search of housekeeping, then felt like I had to twist her arm to get 3 towels (but no hand towel & only one wash cloth). Too bad little things leave a mixed impression of an otherwise very nice, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel. Clearly focused as event venue - prom, wedding & church services over the weekend we were there.

Very outdated , from the room decor to the heating of the room. No fitted sheets on beds, just top sheet thrown over. Not clean, the room or the elevator. The lobby is okay, which is decieving because the rooms are not good.

It took over a half an hour just to check us in. The charged my card for the rooms again and I had to wait 3 to 5 days for it to be credited back. The first room they gave us was a nightmare. The air conditioner was in pieces on the floor and the toliet didn't work.

This place need some work! Staff was friendly. Pool looked popular with a number of families having a good time. Breakfast was powdered eggs & sausage (tasteless) but opened right on time at 6:00 am. There was also a waffle machine, tho I didn't use it.

The entire third floor reeked of cigar smoke. The bedding in my room had cigarette burns in it. The hotel room was reserved for two nights. Evidently there was an error in the hotel's system, causing them to only reserve it for one. As a result, after the check-out time had expired, the staff entered my room, to find my belongings there, and subsequently left, propping the door open, leaving my belongings vulnerable to theft. I noticed this when I returned to my room to retrieve an item, before work. I closed the door, and put the Do Not Disturb sign on it. When I came back that night, I'd been locked out. I went to the front desk where they issued me an apology and new key cards. They tried to offer me a jacuzzi room for my troubles. While the apology was sincere, and the offer nice, I don't care about jacuzzis. I care about staying in a clean bed, in a hotel I trust to be competent. I wasn't going to find that at the Concorde Inn, no matter which room they gave me.

Unfortunately we did not end up with the room I thought I'd booked, that I was looking at onsite. We had 3 children so only having 2 beds wasn't enough room. But hotel and breakfast overall were good, we will stay there again when in the area.

Rate was quite a bit less than the other hotels I was considering, so I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. Room was very clean as well as the pool. All staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative I can say, which really isn't that bad, is that the decor is slightly dated. I would stay there again if I'm ever back in the area.

My husband and I were up there for a birthday party in that area. We were both looking forward to some relaxation. We were told immediately when we checked in that the pool area was closed. I was wanting to sit in the hot tub or for a swim before the party. The hotel, itself, was clean and pretty. The fire alarm went off 3 times while we were there. Once at 2:30 am, and then again about a half hour later. Then once again at 8:30am. NOT very restful. We were hoping to sleep in, but after that 8:30 alarm, we decided to go have breakfast downstairs, only to find a sign that said, "sorry no hot breakfast served today". Only bagels, cereal, etc. The hotel was nice, the people were friendly, but the rest was very disappointing.
