This is a great place to stay. We loved our room, it was clean with lots of space. Next time we go back to visit our family, we will stay at this place. Thanks for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Western George West, Tex"
We got the room we wanted and requested when we made reservations. The only real problem was the door entry process. You had to grab handle lean back with all you're weight, and then do the key card funtion, then push in. The door should not be that hard to get into, and I had to figure it out myself. Also we had a two day stay, we left mid morning […] and when we got back after lunch, the door was unlocked, I only had to push on it to open it. We were lucky everything was still there. Then we left again briefly and when we came back the key card wouldn't work. I had to go to the front desk and get key reset. I asked why it did that and she said that sometimes when credit cards are used it defaults to no entry. I told her that it didn't make sense. Also there was a definite odor of pet feces as people would let pets out and they would defecate right in the parking lot. We had to watch where we walked. Also it seems everywhere we go locals use the motel pool almost as if they owned it. People were driving up and using pool, and were not staying there. I think when paying guests are on site that they should be able to have exclusive use since they are paying for it. The best part of the stay was the Nueces Resturant next door to the Inn. I haven't had a better breakfast than I had there 2 mornings in a row. We skipped the BW offering and went next door, and wow it was great. The street is beign worked on, and it was awkward getting in and out. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
