Best Western Apalach Inn

The staff was very friendly however the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It is a no smoking hotel now but in the past it had to have been a smoking one. The smoke odor bothered me due to the fact that I am a nonsmoker.

A short drive out of town. Hotel could use some remodeling. First room had a toilet that over flowed, but staff was quick to respond and moved us to another room. Hotel is dark and dated, but clean and staff polite.

clean, and a good sized room just out side of the city proper. Easy drive from town. Definitely for the price is a good deal compared to the " Inns" offered intown. Pool is also nice.. 20 minutes to the beach is a nice bonus.

This hotel was great for the price with large clean rooms, helpful staff, and a good breakfast. The location of the hotel was not so great with little to do nearby without a drive into town.

We were 30 minutes early to check in. The man at the desk said we must wait (after a 4 hour ride). While waiting we walked around the hotel and counted 20 empty rooms that were cleaned already. The hotel was empty the entire night. The towels were stained. It was horrible.

I travel for a living with a major airline, and this hotel was a lovely surprise! The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was pretty and clean, as was the pool. I am a pilot and travel the country for work, staying in hotels of various quality. The Best Western Apalachicola was pretty much what I expected. Hotel is pretty new, I think it was built in 2010. Room was ok, although the bed and sheets weren't very comfortable. Location wasn't terrible, but it was probably too far to walk from downtown for most.

It is the best one I would say in that area. Considering it is one of the only 2 in Apalachicola. It is was very clean. I would stay again.

We reserved two rooms when we arrived one of the rooms were fine the other the air conditioner was broken and they sent maintenance to fix it they were unable to fix it the air in 90 degree weather. The hotel was unable to give us another room because there were no vacany's. The owner of the hotel overcharged us about $ 80.00, I had to call her to try […] to figure out why the charges were on there I called them 3 times before finally getting an answer from the hotel owner. She did not explain anything in detail about why they over charged us, and was very unprofessional, We also received no receipts when we paid for our room we also did not receive any xtra towelsor rags I would not recommend staying in this hotel. Wir wurden in den Erwartungen übertroffen. Scheinbar wurde das Motel vor kurzem renoviert. Es war sehr freundlich und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut. Einen kleinen Punkt Abzug bekommt das Reinigungspersonal, es wurde leider keine Zimmerreinigung vorgenommen, da wir nach dem Frühstück noch kurz im Zimmer waren. Schätze es war ein Missverständnis.

Da wir nur eine Nacht Aufenthalt in Apalachicola hatten suchten wir eine Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das BW hat die Erwartungen erfüllt: Relativ zentral gelegen, geräumige saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Wir würden dort wieder einen Stopp einlegen!
