We were just spending the night on our way to New Orleans. New hotel--open less than a month. Clean, close to the state capitol and probably other government buildings and sights. Clean room, great rate, great quality of service--decent continental breakfast. Still have a few kinks to work out but overall stay was excellent and the staff very accommodating.

Excellent hotel especially for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful and called our room to make sure everything was ok. The room was clean and the hot breakfast was very good. It was close to many name brand restaurants. Would recommend this hotel

The people who work at this Hotel were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. The room, while clean and comfortable, did need some attention. The bed mattress has a lean to each side which felt like sleeping on an incline and the A/C unit had one setting - Cold. Also it made noise off and on during the night - reported it and […] expect this will be repaired. The morning hot breakfast is good and filling. The breakfast was well stocked and maintained and was a great way to start the day. All in all I would recommend this facility for one or two night stays where you needed to be in the local area. It was good and no major problems. Bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the lady at the front desk did not go out of her way to give me some information I needed to help direct others at our event to our location. I asked for a piece of paper to write down some landmarks close by to guide them easily to our location and she said it was easy..just […] exit 48 and turn right, but left was the correct way. I pointed to a McDonald sign just a ways down the street and she said there wasn't a McDonalds there. Yes, there was...??? She wasn't busy with anyone else so I thought a little piece of paper was not asking too much. Otherwise, it was okay. I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband did and said it was alright. Read more

I booked a handicapped room plus made reservations for other relatives, in all an additional 4 rooms. I had to move from my handicapped room because it had a low toilet stool. Any handicapped room should have the taller stool. The room was a little small but adequate. The breakfast was very nice and the personnel was friendly. One criticism not for […] my room but for 105 my brother rented, the carpet had not been vacuumed and there were several piles of toenail clippings on the carpet! gross. My sister in law did not complain and cleaned up some of them but I definitely would. Even when the room was cleaned (some of us booked 2 nights) there were still toenails in the room!!! The manager of the hotel bent backwards to help us. He picked my sister and I up from the airport and even drove us to a place to eat before I checked into the hotel. The food was excellent with a wide assortment of things. Not just toast or cereal. Great time Bridget

My stay was nice. I would recommend the inn for one to two night stays. Staff was very nice. Inn was located in a central location close to everything and major highways and interstate.
