The night clerk couldn't have been more helpful. It is close to many dining opportunities, shopping and Gold's gym. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable.

Stayed here over night for work. Carpet in my room had a tear going into the bathroom but room was CLEAN, bed was so comfy, and cookies were yum. I will definitely stay here again.

I read quit a few reviews about Best Western in Shelbyville TN before I stayed. There were only a couple of bad reviews. We very much enjoyed or stay.... The room was very clean and updated so nicely. The only complaint we had was that there was maintenance being done to the pool and rec room, we picked this one bc it had an indoor pool but the service we received made up for that. my stay was good, my only problem was that i could not find a direct number. I asked the hotel.com person about a pet friendly room, and that was for a dog and two lizards. I was not really sure if she contacted the hotel or not. I was happy to know when i was checking in and mentioned the lizards that the hotel had been called, but had she not actually […] called, i would have had no place to go with them. customers should be able to contact the hotel directly with special needs, disabilties ect. on a good note it was nice for my dog to be in the same room as last year making him more comfortable. the room was clean and comfortable after the initial 'sour smell' probably from the carpet cleaning fragrance. I wish this wasn't so far off the path because for the price, its a great value. The bed was wonderful and it met all of my needs. this town is not a a good place for the health conscious. If you eat before you come and then maybe find a breakfast […] place you should be ok. The hotel staff at the front desk were very pleasant and answered all questions and requests for us. The bed and the pillows were a little slice of heaven! We were definitely well rested because of this and this is usually not the case when we stay away from home. The only downside was the housekeeping. They only came once during our four night stay […] and we had to empty our garbage ourselves and request towels from the front desk. Nice hotel with good breakfast and amenities. Room clean, has fridge, microwave and the beds were comfy. Stopped here after visiting Lynchburg, but town was not great.
