Heater did not work in the room and the front desk played games in trying to get it to work. I eventully got a new room with a working heater but the toilet didn't work. I just dealt with it rather than dealing with the staff. Pleanty of other choices to stay at in the area, don't choose this one.

We have stayed there many times in the past few years. They are like family. Not just to us, but to all who stay there. Their airport shuttle was great upon arrival and departure. We highly recommend it.

Hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. We had plenty of room for the rollaway bed we even had a microwave and refrigerator. The continental breakfast was just ok, it would have been better if they had some variety.

i was not happy about the way my wife was treated when she checked in by the manager, nor was i pleased with the attidute of the night clerk, if the night clerk had talked to one of my customer the way he spoke to me i would have fired him on the spot. the bed was like sleeping on a brick in fact i left about 3:30 in the morning and went home.

We stayed at this hotel when it was first built and were given a nice large room with hardly any furniture aside from the bed. The room we were given this time was also large but had a lot of empty floor space where they must have removed a second bed. At least an easy chair or some such would have been nice there. very helpful, very nice lobby, great free breakfast. We came by train. It was late the car company was closed when we were going to get in. I called the hotel they had a shuttle waiting for us amd drove us to the rental car agency the next morning.

The Best Western Rocky Mountain was very pleasing and willing to work to accomodate all of us. I recommend anyone stay with the folks at Best Western Rocky Mountain - I only wish their pool and hot tub had been up and working but do understand that fall in Montana sometimes prevents this from happening.

Worked out okay. Only real issue was that the staff scheduled our airport shuttle to get us to Kalispell and hour ahead of out flight insisting it was enough time. Definitely was not. Three early morning flights were leaving in the span of an hour and change. Made for a very stressful morning. This was just one stop on a 9 day motorcycle trip. The rooms were plain but comfortable and clean - typical chain hotel rooms. Breakfast was good, with the regular choices available. The staff was very helpful and an unexpected perk was the shuttle to town! We were able to clean off the road grime and head to town without having to gear up again!

This is our second stay at this great hotel. We have found the staff not only friendly, but very helpful. This trip we brought our two dogs and for only a small fee they were able to stay with us. The facilities include a nice area of grass to relieve the dogs at and if all owners are responsible it works out well. The breakfast is not only very very […] clean but tastes good as well. The hotel had many nice features including a very complete breakfast, clean rooms and a large hot tub just outside the door so you didn't have time to get too cold. Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge is very nice, clean and quiet. We stayed there for five nights on a trip to Glacier National Park and Whitefish. Left in the morning and room was spotless every night when we returned. Free Breakfast was pretty good too.

We walked downtown (about a mile) and then down to the lake about 2 miles from the hotel using the street behind the hotel. Fun walks.
