ROYAL HOTEL AND ROYAL IVY - Stirling and Falkirk

I don't usually follow up with reviews, but felt as if i should with this hotel as we were so impressed with the room, staff, (mini bar). We have told lots of people about the hotel since, highly recommended! Well done guys!

pleasant; was in town for the Glasgow Film Festival; all was accessible, the theatres and such, good bars/restaurants only a small skip away

First, this hotel is ideally situated -- in walking distance to many key sites in Glasgow and great shopping, restaurants and theatres. The rooms are really comfortable -- spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfy quilt and pillows. And super CLEAN! The buffet breakfast is quite a spread -- cooked breakfast of sausages, eggs, baked beans, all sorts of breads, granola and yoghurt, and cheeses. Even a cappucino/latte machine and a variety of fresh juices. The best is that the welcome you receive from the front desk and their friendly help and support throughout your stay will make you feel very well looked after! I will definitely come back to this hotel again and I recommend it highly!

Cool, modern and full of tech... which mostly worked! Couldn't turn the air conditioning off and the iPhone docking station didn't work. But the room was very modern, free wifi and movies and VERY comfortable bed. Will be back

Very hard to find tucked away in one way street system. Front desk very attentive, concierge and valet service top marks. wait staff in restraunts and bar sorely lack training in reaching out to patrons. Room service very quick and always on time.
