I didn't use al the facilities, but it was a nice stay. Good parking, rooms, cleanliness, secure (safe boxes and security cameras all over), courteous Front Desk Ckerk as well as the Maintenance Staff and Maid Service. Several accesses to enter the building. Really relaxing. The pool area was nice too! Thank you very much! Will recommend.

The receptionist checked us in and when we got to the room, it was locked from the inside. A worker who was bringing a crib for our baby was confused but was very kind to us and tried to figure out what was going on. He went outside and the balcony door was open so he unlocked the door from the inside (it was on the first floor). The room wasn't even cleaned yet and we checked in around 5:30pm. He took us back to the front desk and the receptionist seemed annoyed with the worker (she talked down to him and wouldn't listen to what he had to say). We finally got a new room but I felt really bad about how she treated the other worker. We stayed one night and went to have complimentary breakfast. The floor was very sticky throughout the whole room! We were not pleased with the experience.

The hotel was nice; 25mns from downtown, free breakfast, only problem was housekeeping didn't come to room till like 3pm after i called front desk 3 times for towels but overall nice place.

It started out with a hooker standing on the balcony naked and trying to get to my husband. There was drug bags laying around outside. As if that was not enough, on our last day, there was used condoms and tampons in the parking lot. OMG, couldn't wait to get out of there. NASTY.

Starting with check-in : Felt like I was in a 7-11 , that was the extent of customer service. The room was a real issue maintenance wise , the carpet was filthy , ruined our socks and 3 pairs of my toddlers pants ! Towel shelf in the bathroom was falling off the wall , smoke alarm was hanging by a wire , blood smudge on the wall , could hear conversations from rooms on either side of our room ! Suppose to be non-smoking room but smelled distinctively like smoke , there was a timer on the bathroom wall , now I believe in going Green but this was ridiculous .The houskeepers will ask daily if you want the beds made up (my mistake , I thought this was a hotel) and on check out day the housekeeper insisting we needed to check out even though it was only 10am , checkout was 11 ! This is a 1 night hotel and that would be only out of pure necessity (meaning all other hotels in area are booked solid ! ) this is a $29.99 hotel at BEST !!!!! Needs to be torn down and rebuilt , including the staff !

The hotel staff was great, and very helpful before, during, and after our stay. I cannot say the same for the Hotels.com come staff that we dealt with, who were difficult to work, with requiring over an hour to get the reservations done correctly. And when changes were required, which we had a few as a result of our large parties changing needs it was even more painful. The condition of the hotel was not at all up to Ramada standards. It clearly has not been updated in many years. We used several rooms for our party, in one of the rooms the linens smelled of smoke and had musky old odor. The continental breakfast was also lacking in quality, with pre made pancakes that where tasteless (the breads were good however).

It was a very pleasant stay. I was a hotel guest for almost 2 weeks and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room, the maintenance of the facilities and the surrounding neighborhood. Connected to the hotel is a bar / comedy club. While not the most populated place the bar tender was friendly and the patrons to the comedy club jolly and didn't make you feel like an outsider. There is a strip mall within walking distance with a popular restaurant if you wanted a decent meal at a reasonable price. So overall a very good stay.

We weren't expecting much, but the room was not worth the rate that we paid. Cobweb hanging from ceiling & bathroom floor was not very clean. Beds were clean and comfortable and that's what mattered the most.

The hotel is servicable. Nothing glamorous but it's a notch above the Motel 6. They do have a tendency to use a very strong smelling cleaner in the rooms which is fairly overpowering (you can even smell it in the halls). A couple of hours with the sliding door open dispelled the worst of it, but luckily it wasn't all that cold at night yet... Also be aware that Roosevelt only goes one way in front of the hotel - you have to go up the street about 1/2 mile in order to do a U turn to go the opposite direction.

Not luxury, but thats OK with me. This hotel is conveniently located near many stores and the airport, and the room was clean. The continental breakfast they offer for free was also fine. Wifi worked well. Easy check in. I did notice some repair issues in the bathroom that needed attention (loose seat on the toilet and sink stopper not connected to the handle). That was the only reason to take off even a point.

The hotel looked like it was being repaired, but we never saw anyone working on it. Ceiling tiles were missing and drywall was coming off the walls. The room smelled HORRIBLY!! The first night we were there the man at the front desk had the worst customer service out of anyone I have EVER come in contact with. I have never once posted a bad review about a hotel, but this one was worth spending the time to complain about. Their "hot" breakfast consisted of pancakes. The rest was cereal or pastries. It was edible, but certainly not what I've had from most hotels I've stayed at in the same price range. The location was great for Sesame Place and the pool was nice, but that is the only good qualities about this hotel. Do not let the pictures deceive you!!

overall, the stay was pleasing. Even thought pleasing, the sleeping arrangments were another story. I put down 5 people and they only gave 2 queen size beds. 2 couples and an extra person... where is the etra person going to sleep. Also, the contiental breakfast could have been a little more. For instance, already made hot food-- ex. waffles, eggs, etc...

The "comforter" (which wasn't all the comfortable to begin with) had a huge hole in it. It was the second thing I noticed about the poor quality of the hotel. The first major issue was the foul odor in the hallways. Almost like cat urine, but no cats were to be found. The ice machine in my hallway had an out of order sign up, yet it clearly wasn't turned off because a loud noise could be heard coming from it the whole time. The vending machines are money thieves. I will not be visiting this hotel again.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our main concern was with two doors not locking...the pool was definitely the hit for us and our two young children and it was nice that they had a smaller kid pool off for our 1 year old to enjoy

The room was outdated and a little dusty. Also, the room next to us was under some renovation and it reeked passing by it. My wife complained about the hotel throughout our stay. However, when she left her cellphone in the room after checking out, the hotel staff was very friendly and helped us get the phone back. So overall it wasn't a bad stay.

It was easy to find and on a main road near lots of stores and restaurants and the freeways. the pool was nice all the first floor rooms had sliding glass doors so it was easy to get to the pool, had a little work out room and laundry room. the room itself was just what you expect for the price. It looks like the hallways are being remodeled but it didnt bother me. It was 92' outside and nice and cold when we got to our room... so refreshing! overall.....i would stay there again. It had everything we needed and the price wasnt bad

We booked this hotel for a trip to Philadelphia, and even though I called and specifically asked how far they were from city center and was told 15 minutes, it was more like an hour in morning traffic. The hotel was HOT, the common areas are not air conditioned as stated. Our room was boiling until the AC kicked on, and it's on a sensor, so do not expect to come back to a cool hotel room after a day of doing whatever you are doing. The pool was nice, but the lifeguard on our first day was more interested in her magazine and her snoozing boyfriend than watching the pool. The baby pool was full of leaves and dead flies. When I asked if it could be scooped out, she said she'd tell maintenance. @@ How about you just clean it yourself? My daughter was playing in the sand of the volleyball court until about 5:30 when the bar opens and volleyball teams swarmed the court. As a hotel guest, don't expect to be able to play, and don't expect to leave your poolside door open to let the breeze in- these drunks are out there until 1-2am SCREAMING and swearing. Our hotel room smelled like fish and pot, not sure what that was about. When my kids were in the bath my husband kept going out into the hall to see who was smoking pot. Come to figure out, it's the water that smells that way. The room was large, the bathroom was clean and updated. The refrigerator was a nice addition. The tv has 20 channels, none family or child oriented. So bring a DVD player or laptop of your own.

This place was probably great 30 years ago. It has all the great stuff, but most of it is broken. If you're ok with adequate, but cheap, then you're in. If you want to complain about a lot of stuff, this is your place. If you just need a cheap, safe joint to sleep and watch a pretty snazzy tv with free HBO, (hi point, actually) it's just fine. Free internet worked great and the "bussiness" center (yup, spelled wrong) was also adequate. Didn't get in the pool, may not have wanted to?? or the beach volley ball court, but looked cool.

I thought the hotel was in good condition. I would have liked the pool & playground open earlier (opened at 10am - which is late for kids). PA seems to still allow smoking in hotels, so the hallways smelled of stale smoke.

Centrally located to both Bensalem and Philly areas. Easy access to highways and main thoroughfares. Quite and clean. Outdated decor, not a fancy hotel, but served my needs.

This was a very pleasant experience, I would stay there again. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were excellent. A breakfast was served. Good front desk staff generally, just one young lady, of light complexion and about 26yrs, did not live up to the standard. She was eating chips at the front desk and when asked if she could assist with me with finding a taxi she give me a number that was to a Pizza Shop while she continued eating her chips. Secondly, I thought that greater attention could be paid to things such as keeping the main entrance to the hotel clear of leaves and plastic wrappers. Since the enrance is the first point I saw on arrival.Thirdly, when I made this booking it was for a Ramada Hotel in Downtown Philadelphia. We found ourselves in the North East of Philly. I had travelled from Barbados via Miami. There was no time to seek redress othetwise. We made the most of our location. The area was safe and there was good shopping at the Franklin Mills Mall. Good dinning at Chickies and Petes just 5 mins walk with excellent staff superb food. There was a sports facility next door and a bowling alley that were great entertainment.

Hallways were quiet, limited traffic. The room was clean, sheets and blankets clean and not worn. I had stayed at this Ramada in the past, and had a positive experience. There was also a free Continental breakfast.
