Great location for visiting the numerous sites and attractions of Liverpool / Merseyside whilst being on the outskirts of the city itself. Fabulous building which is immaculately maintained being the old LiverpoolAirport. Staff very pleasant. Only complaint is that you have to pay for Internet service so we found ourselves walking over to Macdonalds on the retail park opposite where it is FREE! If you plan to spend most of your trip in Livedpool City Centre be aware that you would need some transport. Luckily taxis and public transport are readily available.

The stay at the Ramada Encore Crewe was extremely pleasant and quiet. Our rooms were clean too. The hotel is very close to the train station, as it is just down the road, which was very convenient for daily trips to London and Chester. It is also very close to Manchester too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for nice, clean hotel that is situated in a quiet surrounding. Crewe itself was a nice little place to visit as well.

We were very pleased with the central location of the hotel. There was wonderful shopping and many restaurants right outside our door. The view from our 7th floor apartment was lovely (gigantic floor to ceiling windows). My only complaint would be the size of the bedrooms - it was difficult to find a place for our suitcases in the bedrooms. Everything else was great - we would definitely return!

stayed in a few in the city and this is by far the best. Our taxi driver reinforced this when we told him where we were staying. fantastic hotel!

"Not a 4 Star Hotel"
The Hotel staff were very friendly, the room was OK but the bed was uncomfortable, There is no wifi available in the bed rooms which is not helpful for business travellers, nice leisure centre

"Let Down Hotel"
Hot water in basin and shower was cold to luke warm the shower head was missing as was part of the tap on the basin. Not good enough! not for the price of the room, Chester itself was superb I would visit the place again but I would not stay at the Brook Mollington.

"Total disappointment with the Brook Millington"
The description of this hotel on the web site is really deceptive. It is a long way from Liverpool airport, and be careful, the taxis may rip you off - 56stg one way. It is also a long way from the University and the city centre. Walking distance if you want to have a good bracing walk, not commute. The hotel claims to be four-star. No lift, shabby […] carpets, indifferent food, cobwebs in the dining room - one star would be more accurate. The dinner was a bit bizarre. I have dined all over the world, and nowhere else have I been presented with potatoes carved in the shape of mushrooms on my plate. One positive; the staff were kind and polite. "街からは微妙に遠いです"
バス停まで歩いて１５～２０分、そこからバスで２－３分で着きますが、街まで歩くには遠く、車での旅でないと使いにくい場所かと思われます。 シャワーのお湯が水道の水みたいにジョボジョボ出るだけなので、すごく大変でした＆蜂が部屋の中にいたので、娘と二人で布団の中に隠れて一晩怯えてまして、 （夜にスッピンで人を呼ぶのも嫌だったので）翌朝蜂をようやく捕まえました。 なんだか ホテルランクはいいんだろうけど、部屋も狭くて バスルームはちょっと匂うので、結果 疲れました。リセプションの人も 結構他のホテルに比べたら親身というわけではなく、冷たい感じでした。 スパについても英国では日本の温泉とは全く違うので、子連れでは・・・聞く気もしませんでした。 とりあえず１泊だったので、それが幸いでした。私には連泊 […] は無理なところです。 Read more
