The room we were given was not at all what we had reserved. We were given a double bed smoking not a king non smoking. It was hot and smelly, and the shower curtain was so gross we chose not to take a bath. We figured we were cleaner than we would be after washing the filth from the shower curtain onto our bodies. The hair dryer would not work, and […] the continental breakfast was non existant even at 6:45 a.m. and no one was around to check us out or to ask how our stay was or if we needed anything. Will never again use hotel.com or stay at America's Best Value. Read more

WHEN WE WALKED INTO THE RM THERE WAS A SMELL(I GUESS FROM BEING CLOSED UP), THE SECOND BED HAD HAIR IN IT & THEY BREAKFAST CONSISTED OF MUFFINS AND CEREAL. DID NOT SLEEP VERY COMFORTABLY AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING THAT HOTEL TO ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS.
