      Overall is was ok. Still Water does not offer room service or maid service. If you want new towels, you have to exchange them at a different building. And you have to clean the room before you leave to avoid an additional charge. Since nothing is done for you, it's more like a furnished apartment than a hotel. As far as the condition of the place is concerned, it was great other than the mattress. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. I mean no offense to Still Water by saying these things, I'm just being honest. If you don't mind doing things yourself when you're on vacation, then this place would perfect for you. However, I'll probably be staying at an actual hotel during my next trip to Branson.

      This hotel was quite a surprise and only in the most positive way possible. Although somewhat unassuming looking from the outside, we were greeted by a very polite and helpful staff. The (full) breakfast was nicely done and tasty, and the pool/sauna/hot tub was great (open until midnigth for late nite hot tub fun). The room was sparkly clean and modern and comparable to many of those I have visited in big city and a lot higher stars (and prices). The most positive part of our stay here is the service we received, from polite and helpful folks to the more unseen things such as filling up breakfast items five minutes before closing to ensure selection, to letting folks finish eating before closing down, to offering extra tissues when they say one of our guest had a cold. Hard to beat that kind of service these days. This particular hotel has just gained customers for life as we are definitely coming back!

    I would definitely stay here again. Altho it isn't walking distance to much, the hospitality & amenities are worth it. In the evenings they had blackberry cobbler w/ ice cream & live piano playing in the lobby. The included breakfast had sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, fruit, etc...a real breakfast. Rooms were standard fare, clean

    Stay was wonderful. Near all theaters and restaurants without being in the mainstream of everything. Quite, but 5 minutes by car and you're on the strip. Couldn't hear car noise or sirens. Will definently stay there again.

    We were in Branson from March 14th to the 17th. I loved that the hotel was not on the strip! We were able to by-pass a lot of the traffic from taking the back roads! The hotel was very well kept and the staff was very friendly. On the first night we were there, we had a issue with our TV. I notified the front desk and the issue was taken care of immediately. […] The kids loved the indoor pool, game room, and the 10p.m. happy hour where ice cream and root beer floats are served in the lobby. The only thing that was kind of an issue was on Saturday night a bus full of teenagers arrive and kinda took over the pool area. the staff was quick to make sure everyone followed the rules, but still was a little crowded. I do agree with the other reviews; your best bet is to get a third floor room. We were on the second floor; the noise wasn't too bad, but could have been better. We definitely will stay there again!     This is an older property. It was full of families and kids. If you don't want noise, this is not the place for you. The heated pool is outside. Our room had air conditioner problems the entire stay. Maintenance came twice the first night and after replacing the unit, it was still hot the entire stay. There was no offer to switch our room. Breakfast […] is average. I don't think we will stay there again, beacuse for the price, you can stay at a nicer property with better amenities. Read more

    The hotel was nice but empty. Our first time in Branson and we came during the off-season for most of the attractions in town. Of all the rooms in the hotel, only about 10 were occupied, so we pretty much had it to ourselves.... literally. The breakfast is pretty average. Not bad but not great. The wifi was not very good, but the room rate was good […] since it was the off-season. I'm not so sure I would WANT to be in Branson when it is busy. Read more

    That is what we went and did the night we stayed.. We called around and got cheaper prices on the shows and went to Amazing Acrobats of China. The hotel had kind of a funny smell, we stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite. Plenty of towels and such. Breakfast could last a little longer for those who would like to sleep in past 9.

    Decor was very old and outdated (Pink walls and floral bedspreads). Even though door were on interior halls the doors coming in were not locked. WiiFi very slow. Rooms were clean. Indoor pool except you had to go outside to get to the pool.

    Getting to the hotel was wonderful; I was a little lost and when I called the hotel the gentlemen that answered knew how to guide me there very easy. After getting there the clerk at the service desk was very informative. The only downside to the stay was that it smelled like vinegar was used to clean the room...the door had to be jimmed to open it. […] They didn't offer us another room. The breakfast was very good.     The location was exactky where we requested. The staff was very friendly and took care of any problems we had right away. The only complaint-the biscuits for breakfast were hard,otherwise breakfast was great.

    We were VERY pleased with our stay. The hotel staff was very helpful and expedited our check in and out of the hotel. Everything was very clean and we did not hear any noise inside our room. We will definitely stay at the Branson towers again. We stayed In the King jacuzzi suite and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.

    We have stayed at this hotel several times. I felt this time that the hotel really needs to be updated. We were afraid to use the bedspreads because one of them had stains on it. The bathtub was clogged and it took several minutes for it to drain. Staff are nice. We didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment on that.

    Nice Hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but you had better get there early to avoid the 8:30 rush. Otherwise you may not find a place to sit and eat.
