Great location to train station. Very cool modern rooms, although the square toilet was uncomfortable. The bar had a awesome happy hour with free appetizers.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The breakfast was great. Some of the staff were good and some were not friendly. At checkout, I had to insist that I did not need to pay as I booked the hotel through hotels.com. After showing my reservation on my computer, they did not require payment. The wi-fi was very slow, the signal was all but non-existent from my room, the staff did not understand or respond to the problem and the Hotel had ports blocked which made it impossible to use a VPN program to access my work. I would not reccomend the hotel for someone who need to stay in touch electronically.

Please find a way to have more shower stall coverage. There is no curtain and only one glass door that causes the washroom to flood and creating a slipping hazard for a bad fall to crack your head open. 4-star hotel across the street from the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) in Florence, Italy made it very convenient to travel to other cities w/o a car. Except for a few run-ins with staff (waiter got huffy when he misunderstood where to deliver food; you can stand at the front desk forever and they won't acknowledge you ... unless you speak) it was fine. I booked this hotel for the convenience and price. It was great for those reasons and the staff was very helpful in all ways. I was not satisfied with the room we had as we had booked a queen bed and were put in a very skinny long room hardly wide enough for a DOUBLE bed, it had a joining door to a room with 3 double beds, which were I am sure occupied […] with at least 6 or more people who yelled and slammed doors until 12:00 am. I called at 10 and 11 pm to complain and I did hear the boy at the desk call their room and after that they got somewhat quieter and when others came in they would immediately tell them to be quiet, but it didn't last long. I told them I would report it to Hotels.com as he couldn't move us to another as there were none. We had already unpacked. First of all the front desk staff are a bunch of grouchy, grey-haired old men that would rather carry on their own private conversations than assist guests. The rooms, lookd NOTHING like the photos on the website, and the hallways are a mess. The hallways and rooms reek of cigarette smoke, and if you call to complain about the smoke, suddenly no one […] speaks english. Even the location is awful. I thought staying near the station would be convenient, but it wasn't. There was nothing nearby, and I mean NOTHING. Hotel Londra was a great hotel for the price we paid. The photos on the website show up to date rooms. We were not given one of those rooms, which was disappointing, but we were also not in the room much as there is so much to see and do in Florence. The breakfast was great. ideally placed close to the station, 22 euro taxi fare from the airport. rooms have balcony but you need a high floor at the front to see the city... close to most of the attractions many within a 10 minute walk...

When we arrived the man at reception was picking his nose which was dreadful this put as off as soon as we arrived, the staff was not that helpful with information but the location was excellent within walking distance of the station, breakfast great plenty to eat, room clean and very nice with an open balcony.

this was the worse ever hotel i stayed in italy. the service was extremely unacceptable. check in takes so long, so if someone is waiting behind, you will have to bear with them, its going to take ages. so what happened was: i was waiting behind while someone in front of me was checking in. I booked this hotel because of it's proximity to the railway station which is an easy 5 minute stroll from the hotel. My room was extremely basic but comfortable. My room came with a balcony however I was not trusted with outdoor furniture. On the down side, check in staff were rude to myself and the person checking in after me.

Mediocre hotel in the centre of Florence.... one of the reception staff in particular was extremely unhelpful and rude and for this reason I would not book this hotel again. Ok so im an american tourist that travels frequently in Europe. I have stayed all over and this hotel has by far been one of the best! Upon checking in I was greeted by the friendly staff. Most of the rooms have been renovated and are very modern. My room was very clean, no carpet and the floor was spotless. The bathroom had a rain shower head and a […] large bathtub. The balcony was cute and the beds were very comfortable (not at all common in european hotels) and the breakfast was great (not just lunch meat and a danish like most euro hotels offer). The location was perfect. If you are arriving from the Pisa airport by train or coach you arrive at the Santa Maria Novela station and you are only two blocks away. Bom hotel. Tem sinais de um grande vazamento no teto na área de restaurante e café da manhã, com um certo bolor. Fica em uma rua com bonde. Curiosamente, há perda de sinal do GPS (Never Lost da Hertz) bem na chegada ao hotel, o que prejudica encontrar o acesso.

버스터미널에서 걸어서 15분 정도, 시내 중심과 관광까지 걸어서 갈 만한 위치에 있음. 호텔은 평범하고, 가격이 싸다면 갈 만하지만 좋은 가격이 아니면 추천할 만 하지는 않음. 바닷가에 위치하고 있어 산책하기에 좋음. 호텔밖 식당에 갈려면 10분 이상 걸어야 함.
