It was a pleasant, clean and modern place to stay before we left Italy the next morning. The free shuttle service to the airport was a nice perk. The evening reception desk person was very friendly and also gave us great advise of a good place to eat in the area.

All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

worst hotel we've been in italy (and the most expensive for that metter) when we arrived a chines woman took us to a building located 5 minutes (walking) from the supposed hotel. she showed us the room and left. we went for a walk and when we got back we took a shower or should i say i did becuse it flooded and there was no more showers after. when […] we went to bed we wanted to watch some TV but it didnt work. we went to ask somebody to fix these things but nobody came, to make a long story short we complained 4 times until the lady at the front desk told us that we shouldnt have come to this hotel becuse its no good- great. by the way the breakfest is cake and coffee. At check in, we were told that we are not staying in this hotel. They brought us to a different location that has no business sign - like a residential apartment. This place has no phone and no reception area so we were basically on our own. I originally booked the hotel based on the review comments. I have no idea how people could have possibly given this dump any kind of good rating. All the bad reviews are accurate. This place is filthy, has bugs and the staff are rude and useless. The bathrooms are tiny and disgusting with stains on the curtains. They didn't care one bit. The bathroom is seriously a health hazard it's so disgusting. A lady at […] the desk was extremely rude to us if we said anything at all. They didn't care about anything. I can't say enough bad things about this place. Na een reeks negatieve recensies te hebben gelezen waren wij erg op onze hoede. Maar wat schetste onze verbazing het viel reuze mee! De omgeving van het hotel was niet 'gevaarlijk' zoals eerder werd beschreven. Het hotel opzich oogt inderdaad wat vervallen, de bedden zijn dan ook niet meer je van het. Maar bij aankomst werd onze kamer schoongemaakt […] en de dagen daarna ook elke dag met steeds nieuwe handdoeken. Voor wie luxe niet zo veel kan schelen is dit prima te doen. Het ontbijt aan de overkant is ietwat karig, dat wil zeggen enkel 1 zoet broodje en een drankje. Hotellet är prisvärt men man får vad man betalar för. För den som vill laga lite egen mat är det perfekt med kokplatta och kylskåp på rummet. Frukosten är inte mycket, några påsar flingor och portionspåsar marmelad samt inplastade kex. Men det kan vara en fördel att gå ut på morgonen och köpa t ex eget bröd och yoghurt. Nous étions trois à passer un week-end à Rome début octobre 2011, et avions loué deux chambres. Problème : pour le même prix, une chambre avait ses toilettes, tandis que les occupants de l'autre ont dû aller au fond du couloir ! Or, ce prix était exactement le DOUBLE de ce que j'ai payé pour un hôtel de même qualité en février 2011 ! Certes, octobre […] est encore classé en haute saison, mais le DOUBLE pour aller aux toilettes au fond d'un couloir tandis que d'autres, qui payent le même prix que vous, peuvent rester dans leur chambre, ça fait cher, trop cher. Le petit-déjeuner, compris dans le prix, consiste en une viennoiserie méchamment industrielle + un café ou un chocolat, et c'est tout de chez tout. Bref, si l'on excepte la position stratégique de l'hôtel (qui est importante, comme le sait le propriétaire de cet hôtel, évidemment...), je déconseille fortement d'y aller : on se moque du monde, car le site ne prévient pas - hasard ? - de l'absence de toilettes dans la chambre : pour moi, il y a vraiment moquerie du client... Hotellet ligger ca 3 minutters gange fra termini, hovedstasjonen for tog, metro og buss. Hotellet var lett å finne etter anvisningen på kartet til hotels.com. Hotellet har to stjerner, så man skal ikke forvente mer enn dette: 3 greie senger med grei komfort, et lite bad med dusj, toalett og vask. Som hotell å sove og dusje på (som jeg og ungenen mine brukte det som) var det helt greit - og vi velger gjerne samme hotell igjen. Noe støy fra viftene i bakgården (dit vinduet var) men ikke verre enn at vi fikk sove. Frokost på kafeen på hjørnet var inkludert, og besto av kaffe/juice og en crossaint, en artig opplevelse for ungene! Her bor man virkelig tæt på Termini, uden at det generer. Morgenmaden (kaffe og en bolle) indtages på en cafe på den anden side af gaden, hvilket på en måde er meget italiensk. Meget venligt personal, god service ved ind- og udtjekning. Rigtig mange hyggelige og billige spisesteder i nabolaget.

Ordentliches Hotel, für Studenten und Rucksagtouristen oder sehr sparsame Zeitgenossen geeignet. Das sogenannte Frühstück in einer Bar hat nichts mit dem Namen zu tun und erfüllt auf keinen Fall Erwartungen eines Deutschen. Andere Hotels in dieser Gegend bieten bei etwas gleichen Preisen mehr.

The room was very small, bathroom is old , we had to get breakfast (1 croissant and 1 coffee in a bar near the hotel.But the location is perfect so near Termini, and if you're looking for a budget hotel in Rome..as long as you don't expect any luxury it's fine!

wie schon oben erwähnt kann man das Hotel, aufgrund der Hinterhoflage und der lauten Kommunikation ii der dortig gelegenen Restaurantküche nicht weiter empfehlen Das Zimmer war dunkel und man hatte nur Mauerwerk zu sehen. Das Badezimmer war renovierungsbedürftig
