upon arrivial we were registered, given key and away to our room. Room was clean, large and adequate for our needs. Found the toilet would not shut the water off when flushed and the sink sprayed water onto the backsplash. Notified front desk, attendeant came to the room to check the problems. It was decided to move us to another room. 1st room seemed […] to have been used and not completely serviced. 2nd room had no lights. 3rd room was suitable, comfortable and restful. Only problem with this room was caulking was missing in some areas around the tub thereby letting water get behind the tub and wall. Some unfortunate circumstances to say the least. I feel the maintenance is not adequate for a public facility such as this. This facility is very near to the hospital. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quality Inn Medical Center"
The hotel was convenient to my job interview and had good ratings, so I booked it. Overall I agree with previous reviewers - it was pretty inexpensive, my room was clean, the staff were nice, and they provided a free breakfast. Downsides were the neighborhood (not particularly a good one), it is next to the medical center so I frequently heard sirens […] the evening I stayed, outdoor entry which felt less secure, and the biscuits provided at the hot breakfast were as hard as a rock. However, I would recommend this place if you were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for an evening. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great value for money spent"
One of the best all-time hotel experiences I have ever had the privilege of enjoying. I always book cheap and expect cheap quality - definitely got more than I expected. Great service from staff and they provided shuttle service to my nearby event. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with respectable selection; not just bagels and juice. Room included […] microwave, fridge, and various amentities that pricier hotels do not include. Good location, reasonable access to nearby events, and easy to find. Very pleased with this selection and would definitely go again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Medical college of Ga very close by."
This hotel is very close to MCG. It is clean and the people at the desk are friendly. There is computer access in the lobby for the guests. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room. This helped us tremdously while we were there with a sick grandchild.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quality Inn - Medical Center, Augusta, GA"
I booked two rooms here for a one night stay. I was so shocked when I got to the hotel - the people working in the lobby were dirty, the lobby was dirty and the rooms were unbelievably dirty. On top of being dirty, I felt the area was not the safest for two single women to be in. And I really could not sleep on the bed - was afraid of bugs!! My friend […] said she would just have to sleep in the car if we stayed. We drove back home that night!!! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quality Inn Medical Centre, Augusta GA"
Stayed in the Inn for a period of 10 days. It is suitable for people interested in budget accommodation close to the hospital; certainly not for families and we did not enjoy our stay there at all.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very good breakfast. Free computer with printer. Free newspaper. Near local hospitals (visited my mother after operation). Comfortable room. Good shower and bath. Helpful staff. Depressing area. Oppressive weather. Candy wrappers etc. in hotel's public area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Genuine Expedia guest review
"Short staffed the whole week!!!"

I was here on business with my company. We arrived on Saturday May 31st and left Friday June 6th. They obviously cannot keep help at this hotel!! I don't know what kind of person this Soma Jerath is that owns this particular Quality Inn - but it is very obviously from comments I overhead from the housekeeping staff that he does not like to correctly staff his Hotel. You have a sold out hotel ALL WEEK and you have 1 (ONE) housekeeper to clean all the rooms of the people who check out. I wasn't the only person who was appalled at this!! I happen to see that young man tending to Housekeeping come in at 6am and he never left till after 8pm. Then he quit in the middle of the week - and they were training another young lady. I never saw the same person at the Check In desk in the afternoon - and the phone at Check Inn rang constantly because the person tending to the desk was either walking the property or out front smoking. Plus - every time I turned around - I was having to go to the front desk - because I would use my key card to open my room door - and it would read RED!! Then of course I had to wait for the Front Desk person to decide to finish her cigarette and come back in to work,. You don't run your business like this and expect your guests to understand. My company pays good money for their employees to stay in these motels. This kind of customer service is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

My family traveled to Augusta for a quick overnight stay. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed the pool. The room smelled of smoke and looked a little dated, but the shower was awesome. The breakfast was good also.I would recommend this hotel to others for a quick stay.
"Great Location and Value"

We stayed here the weekend before the Masters Tournament with our dog, Cody. The rate was very reasonable. We found the room to be very clean and fresh, and the beds very comfortable. The full breakfast was very tasty: eggs, biscuits, sausage, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice, etc. The staff was also very polite and cheerful. It's a great location convenient to downtown Augusta and the River Walk. My only complaint is that we were placed in a room right next to a group of very noisy travelers who arrived around midnight. The motel wasn't even half-full, so I'm not sure why they placed us in adjacent rooms. Nevertheless, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed the week while in town for the tournament. The hotel was very clean and had a very professional staff. They had a large selection for the breakfast buffet in the morning, as well as a wonderful reception for the guest in the evening. You could tell the staff was working really hard to meet all of our needs. I will definitely stay there again next year and I appreciate the kind and courteous staff.

Stayed two nights. Found this to be a fresh and clean hotel . Very reasonable rates. Good breakfast in lobby. Location good for visiting the hospital . Stayed in the handicap access room. Just wish there had been a place to hang my garments.
"Difficult to rate"

This is a 2 Star Motel and to be frank, I have never stayed in a 2 Star motel before. On the basis that I was charged $400 for a room for a night (during Masters week), perhaps I should rate it based on an expectancy for that price level? I requested a Non Smoking room - but on entry, there was a smell. Stale smoke or damp? The room was very basic and appointed for a more normal rate of $50-60?? Breakfast was also basic - and nowhere near as good at what we purchased for $6 at Augusta National. Probably a value of around $3... Staff were courteous and polite - and probably the most attractive aspect of this place. We live in a world of supply and demand - hence the $400. You can't blame the operator for leveraging their once a year surge in demand... Next year, I will book a hotel somewhere within a 30 miles radius of Augusta National - I may pay $400 - but I will get better value

I came to Augusta for the masters tournament and stayed at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean. They had a complimentary reception which I thought was absolutely fantastic! Overall my stay was wonderful and if I come to Augusta again this will be where I stay.

While the staff were all hospitable and helpful, the room wasn't particularly clean, especially the bathroom. But the big problem was bugs. We saw waterbugs in the bathroom, and both of us were bitten multiple times during the night, but which we can only assume were bedbugs. In addition, while not a fault of the hotel, the proximity to the train tracks, meant we didn't get the most peaceful night's sleep. Trains run all night long, and constant horns kept us up most of the night.
"Avoid this place"

My husband had meetings at the medical center and wanted to stay close by. So we found this hotel. It is next to the medical center but also next to the Augusta housing projects. The rooms were terrible - clean enough but old and dank and smelly. The toilet paper roller was broken so the toilet paper was just lying around. I also did not feel particularly safe staying here. They keep the lobby doors locked at night and have a "walk up" window...kind of like at gas stations. If I could do it over again, I would spend a little more money and stay a little further away. Luckily we were only in the room for about 12 hours. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
