"Great place to stay for Triathlon"
There was an "air freshener" smell that penetrated some of the things we carried into the room. The bed spread had a cigarette burn and was a little torn. Other than that, it was a much better room than the Ramada downtown. The quality of the staff was amazing, especially a woman(angel) that was working the breakfast early on Sun 9/30.Genuine Expedia guest review
Ok would stay there again, rom was ready when I arrivedGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good for interview stay"
I flew into Augusta regional airport and I must say driving to the hotel was quite uneasy, the neighborhood is not exactly the safest. Once by the hotel there are fire stations and police stations and the major Hospital facility. The area right in front of the hospital, which is wear the hotel is considerably safe. The hotel room is very clean and the […] bathroom was spotless. I had an interview at the hospital and found it very convenient to so close <2min to parking garage from the hotel. Starbucks is located inside the VA facility for you coffee fanatics! Overall I would recommend this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Older hotel and I had trouble spotting it. Sign hidden behind trees and hotel located behind a Bojangles. Room clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding.Genuine Expedia guest review
"surprising stay near GHSU"
best hotel to be near the hospitals. room was clean. breakfast included hot food. pool looked nice. staff was super nice. random negatives - no trash can in the room and the wake-up call went off at 5:30 each morning even though i didn't ask for one.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was clean and neat. The pool needed some attention thoughGenuine Expedia guest review

"A nice night's stay"
I had business meetings all day and late into the evening so I didn't get to the relaxing part of the hotel....breakfast was ok. The egg patties were a little dry and the coffee cups were too small for the to go tops but all that was minor. I had a 7am meeting at the hospital so I knew I could get something later. But the bed was soooo comfortable I […] was so refreshed in the morning, I never knew I had 3.5 hrs of sleep. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Quality Inn at Medical Center"
Wireless did not work for most of the day, fridge was dirty, phone did not work the entire time I was there. Area hotel is in is very run-down. I complained about the phone and wireless but neither issue was addressed. The person working the front desk spent most of her time out front talking to someone in a car. Several calls went unanswered while […] I waited on her to come back in. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"good hotel near the highway"
nice hotel, only problem no WLan in the room. Bad Wlan even in the hotel lobby. Around many Fast Fodd restaurants and shops like CVS. City near by car 1,5 Mile awayGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"So bad it was funny"
There was nothing wrong with the hotel. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, but for price it was acceptable. The service however was another story. We arrived late, just after midnight, and went to the front entrance. (I had noted in the comments that we would be arriving late.) The door was locked but there was a women working at the counter. […] She acknowledged us and held up a finger asking us to wait. After about 15 minutes of her taking phone calls, and walking back behind the counter with occasional glances up to see if we were still there we called the hotel. She answered right away and told us to come to the side entrance where they have a late night window. I'm not sure why she didn't simply point to that side (there was nothing posted at the front door about a separate window), maybe she assumed that we should know about it. She gave us our reservation and directed us to our room. (Though she seemed shocked and surprised that I would ask her where the room was.) Driving around the hotel to the room we drove past it, and thought it was strange that the lights were on and somebody was smoking right outside of the room. We decided to check it out anyway, parked and walked up to the room. The blinds were open and we could see that the room was occupied so we went back to the late night check in window. Upon arriving at the late night window we were directed to the main entrance, which was now open. (???) As soon as we walked in she said "There was somebody else in that room, right?". Even though she knew that it was occupied she seemed confused as to how it happened. She then proceeded to ask me 3 times if we needed separate beds (My coworker and myself, 2 grown men) and seemed surprised when each time I said yes. Eventually we received our new reservation and got into our room, at 1:20AM. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We reserved a room with a king bed and got one with two standard beds. After getting all our things in the room we found the toilet leaking and had to turn off the toliet water supply after flushing. Not enough towels.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Quality Inn Medical Centre, Augusta GA"
Stayed in the Inn for a period of 10 days. It is suitable for people interested in budget accommodation close to the hospital; certainly not for families and we did not enjoy our stay there at all.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very good breakfast. Free computer with printer. Free newspaper. Near local hospitals (visited my mother after operation). Comfortable room. Good shower and bath. Helpful staff. Depressing area. Oppressive weather. Candy wrappers etc. in hotel's public area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Quality Inn I've been in so far"
03/04/15 melsmarsh Blairsville, Georgia
This had to be one of best Quality Inns that I've ever been in. The room was very clean and not only contained my king sized bed, fridge, microwave, the fanciest desk/chair I've ever seen in a hotel, but also a very large sofa. It was bigger than my apartment. When did that become a thing in hotels? The hotel is walking distance from a few of the major attractions in the area and is walking distance from the hospital. I almost just walked to my interview. Now check-in took longer than expected because housekeeping was slow and that would be a theme of the four days I was in the hotel. Wifi wasn't good though, never could connect. I would definitely stay there again.
"Would not recommend"
02/08/15 Sherie D Elko, Georgia
We rented 2 rooms.Upon check in issues we had was no bed linens, no TV, hair on counter tops and toilet, something stuck on shower curtain, smoke alarm not hooked up, food on remote, greasy hand prints on table and chairs, dirt in bed, etc. Moved to 4 different rooms before leaving. Front desk did not have access to cleaning supplies or linens. Had to argue with Travel site and owner of hotel. After several calls and bad reviews, I have been told I will receive my entire refund back.
"Low Rate Never Equals Quality"

This hotel did not live up to its name. My room was a non-smokers room but did not smell clean. It smelled like mildew and of course the shower curtain had mildew. A sign in the room stated that you can ask for complimentary hygiene items if you forgot yours. I forgot my tooth paste and asked for one. I was told that they had none without any explanation. Tried to call the front desk to set up a wake up call and no one ever answered the phone. Had no coffee because they said that they ran out of coffee filters. What a way to run a business. Not a pleasant experience .

Not my first time visiting but i will say this hotel has improved considerably. The shower head is great, but the water still runs out slowly. The king size bed is my favorite. Its so relaxing. Breakfast is above average and the rates are not expensive... I always choose this hotel for location and pricing.. the only thing i dislike is the old worn carpet and the soap smells weird... I will recommend this hotel for someone on a budget, that just wants to relax and get a good breakfast...

The service given at the front desk and food personnel was awesome.I would like very much to give a special thank you to Larrissa front desk personal and Angela breakfast server. These young ladies were polite and very respectful. They are truly people who love their jobs, and should get acknowledgement for their service to the public.
"Nostalgic for Dial-Up?"

This is a nice property, and we had a large, well-furnished room. Our stay was very comfortable with the best shower we can remember in a motel. It was just lovely. One thing spoiled the stay for us. We need to stay in touch with work on the road via wi-fi, and here the motel had a big fail. There is a byzantine method of signing on; we never could get a phone to connect to it. And when we finally managed to get to the Internet on a computer, we encountered bandwidth circa 1997. We won't be back until there is a major improvement here.
"Not staying here again!"
10/29/14 Slater M Zephyrhills, Florida
After the unpleasantries I experienced at budget inn I came here to find pretty much the same situation. I expected better since I was paying more, it was a hotel name I had heard of but what I found was less than fortunate. I just left in the middle of the night because I could not get any sleep anyways. The room was dingy in it's best case scenario. A lot of things were not working. I thought service was terrible. They just had an excuse for everything. It's not a place to relax.
"Great rooms, location and even better service"
10/24/14 Lindsey R Cedar City, Utah
My husband and I needed a place near Georgia Regents due to an interview that I needed to be able to walk to. I was so pleasantly surprise by how great this hotel was. The rooms were very clean with no bugs in sight. The staff is incredibly friendly. We had no place to stay right after our red-eye flight and they provided a room right away, way before check in time. The day of my interview my husband and I were late for the continental breakfast. Angela was so helpful and insisted that we leave with plenty of breakfast even though a lot was put away because we were so late. She sent us with a brown bag filled with food and asked if there was anything more she could get us. It was incredible service and I couldn't ask for more!!!
"Quality Inn Augusta"

I had a wonderful experience at the Quality Inn from my reservations and check-in (both completed by Larissa) to check out. Most of my stay was involved with the medical records departments of obstetricians, cardiologists and hospitals. Many thanks!
"Great hotel for great rate! "

In town for two day for a show at a local college. Great place for the rate. Nice staff and a wonderful breakfast served by the very helpful "Angela". Front desk and house keeping were just as nice and helpful.
