"A nice night's stay"
I had business meetings all day and late into the evening so I didn't get to the relaxing part of the hotel....breakfast was ok. The egg patties were a little dry and the coffee cups were too small for the to go tops but all that was minor. I had a 7am meeting at the hospital so I knew I could get something later. But the bed was soooo comfortable I […] was so refreshed in the morning, I never knew I had 3.5 hrs of sleep. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Quality Inn at Medical Center"
Wireless did not work for most of the day, fridge was dirty, phone did not work the entire time I was there. Area hotel is in is very run-down. I complained about the phone and wireless but neither issue was addressed. The person working the front desk spent most of her time out front talking to someone in a car. Several calls went unanswered while […] I waited on her to come back in. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"good hotel near the highway"
nice hotel, only problem no WLan in the room. Bad Wlan even in the hotel lobby. Around many Fast Fodd restaurants and shops like CVS. City near by car 1,5 Mile awayGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"So bad it was funny"
There was nothing wrong with the hotel. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, but for price it was acceptable. The service however was another story. We arrived late, just after midnight, and went to the front entrance. (I had noted in the comments that we would be arriving late.) The door was locked but there was a women working at the counter. […] She acknowledged us and held up a finger asking us to wait. After about 15 minutes of her taking phone calls, and walking back behind the counter with occasional glances up to see if we were still there we called the hotel. She answered right away and told us to come to the side entrance where they have a late night window. I'm not sure why she didn't simply point to that side (there was nothing posted at the front door about a separate window), maybe she assumed that we should know about it. She gave us our reservation and directed us to our room. (Though she seemed shocked and surprised that I would ask her where the room was.) Driving around the hotel to the room we drove past it, and thought it was strange that the lights were on and somebody was smoking right outside of the room. We decided to check it out anyway, parked and walked up to the room. The blinds were open and we could see that the room was occupied so we went back to the late night check in window. Upon arriving at the late night window we were directed to the main entrance, which was now open. (???) As soon as we walked in she said "There was somebody else in that room, right?". Even though she knew that it was occupied she seemed confused as to how it happened. She then proceeded to ask me 3 times if we needed separate beds (My coworker and myself, 2 grown men) and seemed surprised when each time I said yes. Eventually we received our new reservation and got into our room, at 1:20AM. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We reserved a room with a king bed and got one with two standard beds. After getting all our things in the room we found the toilet leaking and had to turn off the toliet water supply after flushing. Not enough towels.Genuine Expedia guest review
Response by Quality Inn Medical Center Area Thank you for your comment .I apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced ,we hope that we will have an opportunity to host you during your next visit to Augusta
upon arrivial we were registered, given key and away to our room. Room was clean, large and adequate for our needs. Found the toilet would not shut the water off when flushed and the sink sprayed water onto the backsplash. Notified front desk, attendeant came to the room to check the problems. It was decided to move us to another room. 1st room seemed […] to have been used and not completely serviced. 2nd room had no lights. 3rd room was suitable, comfortable and restful. Only problem with this room was caulking was missing in some areas around the tub thereby letting water get behind the tub and wall. Some unfortunate circumstances to say the least. I feel the maintenance is not adequate for a public facility such as this. This facility is very near to the hospital. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quality Inn Medical Center"
The hotel was convenient to my job interview and had good ratings, so I booked it. Overall I agree with previous reviewers - it was pretty inexpensive, my room was clean, the staff were nice, and they provided a free breakfast. Downsides were the neighborhood (not particularly a good one), it is next to the medical center so I frequently heard sirens […] the evening I stayed, outdoor entry which felt less secure, and the biscuits provided at the hot breakfast were as hard as a rock. However, I would recommend this place if you were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for an evening. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Quality Inn Medical Centre, Augusta GA"
Stayed in the Inn for a period of 10 days. It is suitable for people interested in budget accommodation close to the hospital; certainly not for families and we did not enjoy our stay there at all.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very good breakfast. Free computer with printer. Free newspaper. Near local hospitals (visited my mother after operation). Comfortable room. Good shower and bath. Helpful staff. Depressing area. Oppressive weather. Candy wrappers etc. in hotel's public area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not staying here again!"
10/29/14 Slater M Zephyrhills, Florida
After the unpleasantries I experienced at budget inn I came here to find pretty much the same situation. I expected better since I was paying more, it was a hotel name I had heard of but what I found was less than fortunate. I just left in the middle of the night because I could not get any sleep anyways. The room was dingy in it's best case scenario. A lot of things were not working. I thought service was terrible. They just had an excuse for everything. It's not a place to relax.
"Great rooms, location and even better service"
10/24/14 Lindsey R Cedar City, Utah
My husband and I needed a place near Georgia Regents due to an interview that I needed to be able to walk to. I was so pleasantly surprise by how great this hotel was. The rooms were very clean with no bugs in sight. The staff is incredibly friendly. We had no place to stay right after our red-eye flight and they provided a room right away, way before check in time. The day of my interview my husband and I were late for the continental breakfast. Angela was so helpful and insisted that we leave with plenty of breakfast even though a lot was put away because we were so late. She sent us with a brown bag filled with food and asked if there was anything more she could get us. It was incredible service and I couldn't ask for more!!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Quality Inn from my reservations and check-in (both completed by Larissa) to check out. Most of my stay was involved with the medical records departments of obstetricians, cardiologists and hospitals. Many thanks!
"Great hotel for great rate! "

In town for two day for a show at a local college. Great place for the rate. Nice staff and a wonderful breakfast served by the very helpful "Angela". Front desk and house keeping were just as nice and helpful.
"Pretty nice for ~$65/ night"

I stayed one night to visit a family member at GRMC. Lobby was clean and well decorated. The evening desk clerk was very nice and made sure the room was clean and satisfactory before giving me a key. She also told me that there was a complimentary breakfast with eggs, biscuits, waffles etc. The room was also very clean with like new furnishings. Room access is from the outside. Not my favorite, but it was OK. There was even the faint smell of bleach in the bathroom that indicated a thorough cleaning. The breakfast however was not stellar. Had it been better, I may have given 4 stars. Eggs were swimming in liquid, biscuits hard and gravy was cold. A previous reviewer mentioned that it looked like "locals" were coming in to eat. I had a similar experience. Looked as if people were walking in off the street to eat. Would I stay here again, yes. Convenient to the medical center and rooms are clean and up to date, however, make other breakfast plans. Overall, good experience for $65. It could have been a lot worse.
"More than you'd expect. Great location for medical center facilities"
10/06/14 vertrude Atlanta, Georgia
I stayed here for an interview, and found the location to be perfect. At first, the appearance isn't great, and there are exterior doors to the room, which are not my favorite. But, I ended up having a pleasant stay! The beds were comfortable. The room was very large. There are 2 buildings, so for breakfast you may have to walk. There is even a pool. The breakfast was surprisingly large! Waffle maker, eggs, biscuits, cereal, fruit, coffee, and juice all complimentary with the room. The shower had good pressure! There is complimentary coffee in the room, as well. The AC unit works strongly! I'd definitely stay here again if I needed to be in this location.

Dad and I got a room so he was close the the medical center for an early surgery. Property was well maintained and easy to navigate. Check in with Angie was a breeze. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Tiffany was helpful when trying to find something. She was friendly and a joy to talk to. Tyler made check out a breeze. Overall, our stay was great. We will stay here again.

This is an older property but has had some updating. Bed was comfortable and room clean and quiet. Has exterior doors to room. Breakfast had the usual items; waffle machine, cereals hot & cold, eggs/sausage and pastries. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful especially Angelina & Larissa.
"Very Courtesy and Kind"

I would like to compliment on my stay at the Quality Inn Medical Center Area. However, my stay there was pleasant and the staff at this location was very kind and generous. During my stay at the Quality Inn, one particular staff who was very nice and consider was Angelica Rocha. As a front desk clerk , Angelica made sure that my stay was pleasant and comfortable; whereas, she assured me of a clean and comfortable room with all the right amenities. Also, the manager at this location was real kind and respectful toward my stay;whereas she made sure that I was accomodated on any issue or situation I had at her location. Therefore, I would recommend anyone who is traveling out of town to visit and stay at this location. Nevertheless, the breakfast was awesome and very clean with all the right fixings that anyone would want.

I chose to stay at the Quality Inn Med Ctr. area because of the convenience being near the University Hospital. My first stay was 8/24/14-8/28/14. The room was very nice and clean and there was a great breakfast served in the lobby. I have continued to make this my choice hotel throughout my contract at the University Hospital. The staff have been very pleasant and helpful in trying to make my stay away from home COMFORTABLE. There were a few mishaps regarding the reservation and the room not being ready but issues were resolved in timely manner. Indria, the manager and Tyler at the front desk took care of me!! Will be back soon.
