"Great place to stay for Triathlon"
There was an "air freshener" smell that penetrated some of the things we carried into the room. The bed spread had a cigarette burn and was a little torn. Other than that, it was a much better room than the Ramada downtown. The quality of the staff was amazing, especially a woman(angel) that was working the breakfast early on Sun 9/30.Genuine Expedia guest review
Ok would stay there again, rom was ready when I arrivedGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good for interview stay"
I flew into Augusta regional airport and I must say driving to the hotel was quite uneasy, the neighborhood is not exactly the safest. Once by the hotel there are fire stations and police stations and the major Hospital facility. The area right in front of the hospital, which is wear the hotel is considerably safe. The hotel room is very clean and the […] bathroom was spotless. I had an interview at the hospital and found it very convenient to so close <2min to parking garage from the hotel. Starbucks is located inside the VA facility for you coffee fanatics! Overall I would recommend this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Older hotel and I had trouble spotting it. Sign hidden behind trees and hotel located behind a Bojangles. Room clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding.Genuine Expedia guest review
"surprising stay near GHSU"
best hotel to be near the hospitals. room was clean. breakfast included hot food. pool looked nice. staff was super nice. random negatives - no trash can in the room and the wake-up call went off at 5:30 each morning even though i didn't ask for one.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was clean and neat. The pool needed some attention thoughGenuine Expedia guest review

"A nice night's stay"
I had business meetings all day and late into the evening so I didn't get to the relaxing part of the hotel....breakfast was ok. The egg patties were a little dry and the coffee cups were too small for the to go tops but all that was minor. I had a 7am meeting at the hospital so I knew I could get something later. But the bed was soooo comfortable I […] was so refreshed in the morning, I never knew I had 3.5 hrs of sleep. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Worked for a two night stay for the Masters."
Breakfast was disappointing when they ran out of eggs and never replaced them.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Quality Inn Medical Centre, Augusta GA"
Stayed in the Inn for a period of 10 days. It is suitable for people interested in budget accommodation close to the hospital; certainly not for families and we did not enjoy our stay there at all.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very good breakfast. Free computer with printer. Free newspaper. Near local hospitals (visited my mother after operation). Comfortable room. Good shower and bath. Helpful staff. Depressing area. Oppressive weather. Candy wrappers etc. in hotel's public area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

We choose this hotel because of location and availability during the Masters Golf Tournament. The price was escalated significantly for the tournament week which we understood & accepted. Hard to believe though this is what you get for $399 a night + 14% tax! The room was or had been a smoking room which caused a lot of discomfort and no other rooms were free when we checked in. There were even cigarette burns on the sink!! They did offer to move us the following day but that was rather inconvenient as we were not going to be around much. Wifi was to be available but it was not working even though they said it would be working the second day. They offered no compensation for the lack of Wifi or room condition. The room was clean enough but in very poor repair. You would have thought some paint touch ups, tile & furniture repair would have been done for this week?? The front desk staff were generally friendly and helpful in booking a cab and giving us directions. We knew this hotel would be average but it turned out to be worse than expected so we will never return.
"Master's week stay"
04/13/15 bigd195 Iowa City, Iowa
We stayed at the hotel for two nights to attend the Monday practice round at the Master's.Our room was a little dated[one chair needed replacement]but other than that was fine.Everything worked and we had a microwave[did not use]and a refrigerator which we did use to store items. The hotel was in a good location, with FREE parking, as we were near the Master's and it was also not far from the downtown restaurants and the Riverwalk. The hotel offers a hot breakfast and offered a snack and drink reception at night. However, the evening reception is apparently offered only during Master's week. The staff was very friendly and offered suggestions when requested. The ladies in charge of the breakfast and evening meals were great and Kourtnay at the front desk was quite helpful at check in and check out[very fast]and when we needed extra towels or directions. We would stay at this location if we are in the Augusta area for another Master's.
Our company had booked rooms for us for the Masters week we manage the Masters parking and everyone at the hotel was courteous and quick. Everything when you Needed it WAS THERE READY AND PREPARED. Shivani's customer service was best at class and will always go the extra mile to insure her client tell has the best stay possible.
"LOVE this place"
04/12/15 Namrata M Augusta, Georgia
This place was exactly what we wanted... Look for the hostess - Shivani. She was amazing, she was definitely helpful for all of our problems. Only problem is that the manager was not there to address any issues? One would think! 5 stars for sure
We happened to make a last minute decision to come down for the Master's tournament. We stayed at the Quality Inn for 3 nights. For the price, I wasn't expecting all the bells and whistles. The customer service was exceptional..all the staff goes out of the way to please. In particular, we had a blast at the bar with Shivani. She was so helpful giving us insight on places to go and things to see. Definitely would return if we get the chance!
"Hotel experience was very good"
My father and I stayed at this hotel for two nights during masters week hotel location was very convient to the God course and the staff was very accommodating and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here when in Augusta Georgia.
"Great place after long work day"
04/11/15 Anthony D
After working long hours at the Master Golf Tornament, It was always nice to return to a place with great hospitality. All staff members greeted with a smile & genuine concern to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Room was clean & well maintained. Loved the "Happy Hour" provided by the lobby service. Shivani was a terrific hostess to everyone. I was able to share personal experiences with other guests coming from all over the world and that was due to Shivani's engaging personality. Thanks to the Quality Inn staff for a memorable week.
"Review on the lobby service"
Am a worker for country club service working the masters tournament. And the lobby service (bar) was pretty good. Shivani helped the guys relax a lot. The service was great in total, the drinks were very helpful. I look forward to coming back to georgia in the nearest future.
"Old hotel with exterior facing doors"
03/14/15 ChicagoMagyar Greensboro, North Carolina
This is an old style hotel with doors facing the exterior. I was unaware of any elevators going to the second floor. My room on the day of my visit was clean but worn. The chair and leg rest was heavily stained, there were stains on the carpet and dust on the hangers. The bed was comfortable and the stale scent in the room was resolved when I turned the fan up on the heating/cooling unit. The room costs were very inexpensive. The hotel is close to the medical center Based on this one stay and my room I will not return on subsequent trips to Augusta.
"Best Quality Inn I've been in so far"
03/04/15 melsmarsh Blairsville, Georgia
This had to be one of best Quality Inns that I've ever been in. The room was very clean and not only contained my king sized bed, fridge, microwave, the fanciest desk/chair I've ever seen in a hotel, but also a very large sofa. It was bigger than my apartment. When did that become a thing in hotels? The hotel is walking distance from a few of the major attractions in the area and is walking distance from the hospital. I almost just walked to my interview. Now check-in took longer than expected because housekeeping was slow and that would be a theme of the four days I was in the hotel. Wifi wasn't good though, never could connect. I would definitely stay there again.
