I was shocked how quiet the hotel was for as close to the interstate it was. The lobby was underconstruction so at first it worried me for the condition. The employee who greated me at the front desk was great and she even remembered our conversation the next morning. The towels we super soft and the bed was comfy too. when we arrived there was no one at the front desk, to check us in. the beds were hard, the toilet overflowed, the room was cold even though you had the heater on it was still cold and it smelled like gas. I had to ask for blankets. the comforters smelled.when we would leave to check out the sights we would turn on the a/c to get rid of the musty smell […] in the room and open the windows.the spa wasn't that hot , the indoor pool was cold. the front desk cancelled our room card even though we were staying another day the hotel clerk cancelled our room cards I had to go and find out why , the Supervisor told me it was the hotel's r fault he had to reissue the cards.I don't think I would stay there again.the breakfast was ok, the location was great with Winco and fast foods in walking distance. The manager made sure I was able to check in when I arrived even though somewhat early. As a senior the ground floor near the front desk, across from the exercise room & pool meant a lot to me. I will stay there again when I go to Boise/Meridian area. Thanks for asking! Kay P.

We checked into our first room and neither of the tv remotes worked, and the sink in the kitchenette was full of ketchup - disgusting! We were immediately given a new room which was clean, but there were not enough washcloths and towels for five people (we registered for five so we were honest), and we also had to call down to the desk at bedtime to […] get bedding for the couch pull-out. Our toilet kept recycling every 3-5 minutes so that kept us awake most of the night, and the bedspread/cover was so slick that it wouldn't stay on us - it kept sliding to the floor all night. The breakfast was fine but a bigger dining area would be good - people were taking their food back to their rooms because there was nowhere for them to sit. This is a pretty basic motel. Clean, comfortable and right off the freeway. Staff was exceptionally helpful in directing me to good local restaurant. There are a number of shops, grocery store etc nearby. It was a good value.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful and freindly and the hotel and room were clean. There are restaurants and stores just across the praking lot and is very close to the freeway. We will be staying here again in the future.

My wife was arriving at Boise Airport late (after midnight). We needed a convenient, clean, comfortable place to spend the night without having to drive the two and a half hour drive home. We've stayed at the Best Western Plus Rama Inn before several times. It's close enough to the airport to make for easy access, but enough out of the city traffic […] to be quiet. We like the accommodations! The front desk was friendly and professional. Booking on line with Expedia made it also convenient and quick and a low rate. We'll go back to both in the future. No pillows or sheets for the hide abed after specified in the reservation. The air conditioner was undersized for that large of a room and only three towels for a room with 2 queen beds and a hide abed. The front desk seamed inconvienenced when contacted for help and check out was a joke. Will never stay there again

We didn't spend a lot of time in the motel. We were there for a softball tournament. The only negative comment I have to make is that the young lady who worked the evening was pretty sour. It didn't seem that she likes her job much.

Booking on line does not give a person the ability to check on pertinent things. For me that would be having an elevator if the room needed to be on the second floor. Having just had back surgery i had a dickens of a time getting luggage to the second floor via a long flight of stairs.

I loved the suite we were in. One room contained 2 queen beds and a t.v.and the other roome had the hide-a-bed couch, sink, chair, coffee table and fridge and t.v. The kids took over the hide-a- bed and my husband and I got to sleep in our own beds. I loved the pillows! So comfy. Great place to stay for the $$. Staff was very plesant and accomodating. Our room was by the exercise room and pool, but we didn't hear a thing. Easy to find off the freeway.If I had to find something wrong..the bathroom fan was noisy but nothing I'd complain to the front desk about.

The front desk staff when we checked in treated us like we were interrupting them. They gave us poor advice on directions, as well. The hotel is undergoing some sort of renovations with doors taped off with caution tape and patched plasterboard in other areas. The room was fine, though the beds aren't particularly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel […] says it has free wi-fi, but it wouldn't stay connected for more than 45 seconds as a time, and then would actually stop broadcasting a signal for 5-10 minutes at a stretch. Finally, breakfast is only offered until 9:00am, even on the weekends, so if you are a late sleeper, you are out of luck. Read more
