We stayed overnight with our 2 yr old on the way home from visiting friends. The room was clean and comfortable, not as dated as I expected based on other reviews. The only blemish on our room was a little rust on the edges of the base plates of the shower rod. It was great that the splash park area opened early, the water was warm and perfect for our 2 yr old. We thought the water park was as nice as a much pricier resort we stayed at on the way up 3 days prior. The front desk staff was pleasant, and the free breakfast, while limited, was convenient. For what we needed and the price, I was extremely satisfied.

Thank you for a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere throughout was easy to be part of or just move through. The service was prompt and very personable. The room was superior to many, especially for the reasonable price. And the restaurant attached as an added delight.

Our stay at Best Western was very nice and perfect for our one night stay. The wirlpool in the bathroom worked great and we got to enjoy the hot tub and... sauna downstairs as well. Definitely met my expectations especialy for the priice. The contiental breakfast wasnt the greatest, but its free food so cant complain. It was horrible. We had no hot water for 2 days. There was mold around the bathtub. We were awoke at 7am to a loud squealing noise in the pipes that lasted for hours. The jacuzzi shot out black chunks when turned on.

The jacuzzi tub would not hold water for any significant period of time which was my primary reason for choosing this hotel money...disappointing! There was a whole family with little kids next door that woke us up at the crack of dawn. I could hear them quite well, so maybe the walls are a bit thin. On the upside, the hotel has GREAT highway access, […] a restaurant in the same parking lot, and was close enough to Devil's Lake to make me consider booking it again in order to avoid the shady looking motels near the lake. This hotel is definitely showing its years. The beds were way too soft. The bathroom was a handicapped version with the toilet paper dispenser hid way below the counter. The shower had only a hand held shower nozzle. It was loose and didn't hold its position. Just overall a dingy experience.

The hotel was not a surprise as I had read good reviews about it here beforehand. But really experienceing what was reviewed is something else. The hotel was easy to locate on the GPS. We were placed on a room in the 1st floor. The room was really clean and the bed linen was clean. The bathroom and dressing area was quite spacious and there was even […] place to keep your luggage. The fridge and microwave helped us store some take out food we brought back into the hotel room. The breakfast was the strogest highlight of our stay. Boiled eggs, waffles, toast, danish, coffee and juice was more than enough to start the day. The hotel is located very near to the highway and going to Dells is really quick and saves gas being on the highway. Overall we loved the hotel amenities and the reasonable price we booked it for. If you're looking for someplace that is safe, clean, and professional, this is the place. We were here for a funeral, and really all we wanted was somewhere that wasn't terribly ghetto. The rooms were quite, the hotel service was above average, the hotel in general and our room was well maintained and clean. Although the hotel did not have a restaurant, they did provide a free breakfast, a restaurant was next door to it and there were plenty […] of food choices within a mile of the hotel. We skiied at nearby Cascade Mountain and stayed at this inn. The breakfast included waffles, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, cereal, apples and plenty of good coffee. The beds were fine with extra pillows, the room had a flat screen TV and was quiet. The pool was medium size and the hot tub was fine. Good hotel.
