Overall the hotel was great, but could use some updating. Very clean suite. Staff were extremely nice. I would stay again.

Very nice stay during motorcycle festival. Close to major vendors and next to Pier park. Was able to relax and enjoy the beach view on one side of room and also watch motorcycles cruising from the other side.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay over the weekend. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. E only bad review I can give is the layout of the room. Our bedroom was on the road side not near the balcony. It was very loud. The kitchen was older and needed to be replaced but we only took advantage of the refrigerator. Also, I wished we would have known that it was bike week. This made for more noise and loudness at bedtime. First off, location is great. Walking distance to Park Pier and other attractions. As others have mentioned, parking can be an issue, especially when the second half of our stay was Bike Week and they reserved 80% of the hotel side parking for the bikers. I have issues with […] the room however - we had a double bed suite and both beds and the fold out couch had really bad mattresses, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, they entry door is not weatherproofed/sealed well and wind and noise both get in easily (really a bad thing during bike week). The door made a whistling noise for the last two days because so much wind was coming through. Bottom line is I really like the hotel and the staff and would return without hesitation if it weren't for these few issues. Read more

You can't beat the view from the balcony of any room in this place. It is close enough the Pier Park and far enough from the other places for space on the beach. The building is a little older, but still very nice.

The hotel was a lot better than the neighborhood. Slums are across the street. Only had to stay one night and it served its purpose. Probably will not stay there again with kids, but for a low price and a quick trip to the beach it was OK. Tthe rooms are plenty big and you can sleep 6 people with the fold out bed. I had kids with me from the age of 11 to 18 and we all had the best time ever! The younger ones loved feeling like teens able to walk to nearby attractions and I was able to relax knowing they were all safe. But I loved the night life! Can't wait until the end of the month to come back!!!

We really have a nice time in Panama City Beach. We really liked the Legacy By the Sea. Our room was very clean, staff was very friendly and the view was amazing. I took my two teenagers for a weekend getaway and we had a blast. The Legacy was a short walking distance from Pier Park and many fun locations. Gulf World is also right across the street. We never had to get in the car to do anything. I had no complaints with this hotel. If there is one thing they can do though it would be to upgrade the continental breakfast. Better to go out. Nice room with lots of space and a cool view of the gulf. I would definitely stay there again

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. All rooms have a beach view and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Only a mile away from Pier Park and very close to Gulf World and other attractions. Parking was the only downfall because there are limited spots in the front and in the underground parking lot and spaces are very tight. Had to park in the […] lot of the hotel next door.
