Good value for the price. Breakfast was cereal, toast/pasteries, aples/oranges... coffee and juice.Nothing fancy but aacceptable. It was quiet. generally and adult crowd. Lots of smokers stay here and it fills the hallways. The door was open for the cleaning crew when I checked in. We stayed here before driving into St Louis for 1 night because all other reasonably priced hotels around the city where already booked full for game during our weekend. This hotel has adjacent tracker parking. They try to keep it clean, but rooms are kind of old and used up. We got a room on 2nd floor but there was no elevator, you have to take stairs. […] Breakfast is cold continental, very poor, you better off just to drive off short distance to Denny's that is shared with gas station nearby. Our stay was very pleasant... The staff is great... Inexpensive.... My only complaint is a personal one, not specifically to reflect on the hotel directly. We had a very ill family member with us. We expected to drive straight through and not stop at the hotel. Then he fell sick and ended up at the er. We really could have used a wheel chair... Again, […] if we had any idea we'd be stopping, we would have brought one. I imagine it may or may not be standard to have a chair at a hotel, but that really could have made our lives easier. Did not see any of the amenities so I can not speak for them. The Wi-Fi had good speed where I was at. The room needed to be painted badly and new curtain rods. The blackout curtains are too far from the window to do any good in the morning. This hotel is right off the highway so good access. In the morning there was coffee and pastries to pick up. […] The staff were nice and the lobby was clean. The outside was well lit so you can see where you are walking. Not much in the way of food, other then Dominoes does deliver, and Denny's is across the street. The staff did not recommend the restaurant that was in front of the hotel. Read more

As you pulled into the parking lot, you could see the fencing was rusting and falling apart. It definitely needed some sprucing up. When we got to our room, it seemed clean. But, upon further inspection, we noticed spider webs hanging from the ceiling and the carpets needed cleaning. My husband and I also found a cockroach in our room. My overall stay was great. The first night, there was an issue with some noise, on the second floor. But that didn't last long! The hotel was close to the college and that made it a plus, and quite convenient, for my family and I. I would stay there, again, if I needed a hotel, in the area.

The air conditioning did not work. At 3:00AM went out and sat in my car. The room did not smell, but the lobby reeked to high heaven of cigarettes, I smoke cigars outdoors, but the lobby smell was still powerful to me. The hotel caters to truckers which, I guess, accounts for the cigarette smell.

The good things about this hotel are the price, mini fridge in the room, and the breakfast. Other than that our stay was awful. The entire Hotel smelled of cigarettes and urine. The person that checked us in was very rude. The hot tube did not have enough water and was 90 degrees. The pictures of the pool must be very old because the paint was worn […] off and there was dirt on the bottom of the pool. Our room had a very musky odor and the door had soda spilled down it. In the bathroom there was mold growing on the ceiling and the tub would not drain. The beds were semi comfortable but my brother found a tick in his bed. Lastly the ceilings were cracked in our room. This hotel is a truck stop hotel and was not at all what we expected. We will not be staying there again. Read more
