      Nice, clean and value for money. Breakfast was better that I could expect at this rate. Quick check in and check out. Overall a good experience. Can't ask for more for what I paid.

      We got pretty much what we expected for the price-it's a motel folks, not a hotel, not a chain, not a 5 star resort! If you are looking for a clean place with a good location in Williams, this is great--especially if you are not a fan of the chains and prefer more of the mom and pop sort of place. :) There aren't very many places in Williams with suites or 2 bedroom rooms, which is very nice when you have 3 kids (or more). This is one of the few. For those reviewers who said the owner was less than friendly, we thought he was wonderful--super nice and hospitable. Treat people well and you will most likely be treated well. :)

      The hotel was very nicely appointed. The only drwwback was that the airconditoner was very loud and now very efficient. Because the room was so small, it was difficult to sleep with the air so very close.

    We were completely satisfied with our room and the service in every aspect. We especially were impressed with the full breakfast that is included. We... arrived one morning ten minutes before they closed and were very glad to see that everything was still fresh and before they closed up they took the time to ask if we had gotten enough food.     This was the last night of a five day cross country road trip the last week of December. We were pleasantly surprised with the quaintness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our room. Spacious with a nice bathroom. We both enjoyed the bed and got great sleep. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I take an annual road trip and I usually stay in Flagstaff for my last night before heading home but this time the only rooms available for my stay were much lower rated places.     We stayed 3 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was a great location for getting to these places but was considerably more costly than our 4 star hotel in Vegas. Breakfast was nice, beds were bad.

    The hotel itself was super and the restaurant within the hotel was excellent. We also found nice places to eat in the nearby town of Williams. The drive to the Grand Canyon was a little longer than we expected, but the value and quality of the hotel may have been worth the drive.

    We enjoyed our stay. There was a big snow storm which closed I40, so we stopped there. The next morning, some of the staff, even the cook, were out there shoveling snow and pushing cars, if they needed to get out of the parking lot. Very dedicated staff.

    This hotel was a real surprise: a lovely room with all the amenities (including the now-required super-comfy bed) plus an in-house restaurant that was unexpectedly excellent. Even provided two luggage racks for couples!

    We have stayed in a normal Best Western in Tenn. and were not impressed. This is a BW Plus. Live guitar music, outdoor fire pit,hot tub,pool,etc. Design consistent with western setting. Staff were friendly folks. Excellent bed and clean room. No odors present. It is located soon after you get off I-40 and well before you get to the main town. Williams […] is a super town with no traffic issues. We stayed here to catch the TRAIN to the canyon. If you never rode a train, consider it another way to get to the GC. Read more

    The hotel was actually very nice. My one and only complaint would be that the signs for room service/do not disturb are not constructed well. I put it out to have our room cleaned and worked hard to have that side out. The staff misinterpreted it as Do Not Disturb and our room was not cleaned.     In this little tiny town the Best Western was pretty nice. Service was GREAT and very helpful. Town was seconds away. But, the town is only two minutes long. I loved the character of the town. I'd say do it for one night. Any longer you might go stir crazy. REALLY good hotel for the money and a day stay

    The hotel is located directly after the highway exit before the city of Williams. The room was clean, staff was freindly. The restaurant is very good with live music at dinner time. The only annoying, was that our room was directly above the huge fan of the central AC-Unit. Ask for a room not to close to the reception and you will be happy.
