Stayed 6 nights in the last 2 weeks. Room is very clean with new carpet. Televisions need to be updated because some don't function properly. Very good buffet style hot breakfast included. Staff very friendly.

The refrigerator made a lot of noise. The door opened the opposite way that it should be mounted. The design of the room seemed odd. The furniture didn't fit the room design. The closet was only open in the bathroom area. There was no closet in the entrance area for coats, wet boots.

Motel is very dated but it was clean and the staff was very nice. It seemed that checking in was a repeat of everything that was available on line when... we made the reservation. First of all...the room was very clean...I liked that.. The bed was very hard. They changed the price on me 3 times. I even signed a paper at ck in and it was more the next day....and we added no cost of our own. The manager told us we could not ck in until 3, that was fine. I went to my car....came right back in for a map...and they were checking in […] another couple! I ask are they checking in? He lied right to my face and said 'No!". I will not stay here again. Cleanliness is very important to us and the room was spotless. The price was right for the amenities. The breakfast was just OK but we were pleased that we could get a cup of coffee before leaving for an early flight. We would stay there again!

I booked the room through the internet & when we arrived, it was not what I had booked. However, the staff was friendly & immediately fixed the error. The bed was very firm with lumpy covers & small but was great for one night.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is set up like a motel, as are most of the places to stay in Bend that are convenient to downtown and not privately owned. The breakfast was fairly meager, but the attendant informed me that they had recently gotten an oven and would be upgrading to a full hot breakfast soon. It was a fairly standard […] hotel/motel room, though much cleaner than many of the other major chains nearby. What makes this place a real deal, though, is that you are in perfect walking distance to SO much of what Bend has to offer. You can get to the lower end of downtown, or the upper end, in less than 10 minutes, or you can do what we do and make a loop! Though the hotel is right off of a busy road, it was not noisy at all. I've stayed at many hotels both on business and with family. For a Best Western Franchise, the hotel was clean but way over priced. Would of liked some fresh towels the next day for what we were paying but it was still a pretty good experience overall. Those with fragrance allergies Beware! I use a C-Pap machine when I sleep and there was not an electrical outlet on the nightstand. The only outlet was right at the front door, behind the TV armoir or in the bath vanity area. I therefore, had to pust the bed close to the front door in order to that electrical outlet. I wondered why the clock was located on the armoir--now I know.

There were ants in our room and an ant was crawling on my friends arm while he tried to sleep. There was also someone else's Chinese food in the refrigerator!! Gross!! The room also smelled. We would have changed Hotels but because of the "Quilt Show" there were no other available rooms in Bend!

Very clean. Reasonable price. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Friendly staff. Quiet. Best of all a decent shower! Never been to Bend before, but we will be back and would be happy to stay here.
