"Was the perfect place."
Every question was answered with helpful information; every detail attended to like we were honored guests. Every staff member we met was personable and professional. Beds were comfortable. Rooms white glove clean. Walking distance to the Metro which we learned to use. You can walk to the Arch de Triomphe (about 7 blocks). Actually we walked from the […] hotel to the Eiffel Tower, and walked home from Notre Dame (warning it is a long walk, but so much to see on the way). tip: if you are going to the Louvre get your tickets at the hotel desk. You will save lots of time avoiding the line for tickets at the Louvre. I would stay here again. It was a good value. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beauiful garden hotel close to conference center"
I found the hotel very acceptable for what I wanted. It was close to the conference venue, near important sights and an area with good restaurants and shops. Also it is less than 10 minutes walk from the metro.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to relax."
I found the hotel to be very quiet and comfortable. The rooms are small so you won't have lots of room to spread out but they are comfortable, extremely clean and the amenities modern. The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel staff, from the front desk to all other departments, were extremely helpful and courteous. Kim at the desk went out of her […] way to help me with suggestions for touring the area which worked out very well. Although a little off the beaten path, the hotel is well situated allowing you to walk to shops and restaurants. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Best stop on our European trip so far"
After major problems with wifi at all the other hotels, excited to find great connection. Rooms are small, but very well decorated. The front staff were refreshingly pleasant.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel, not the best location"
I enjoyed the hotel and the staff, they were very friendly. Although the hotel had nice amenities, the room was small and it was not in a great area of town. The metro was quite a walk and there were no real nice things to see and do nearby.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"People that make a difference!"
It was an amazing experience! not only the hotel, which is undeniably cozy, is extremely well located quite close to a couple of subway stations, but the level of personnalized attention goes above and beyond what I had experienced in Paris and many other cities where I've been. They make you feel at home and are eager to assist you in any way possible. […] Sabine, the daytime receptionist is one of a kind, teh eprfect example of warmth and customer service that should be an example for many other more well known hotels in the city. "A garden in Paris"
Nothing in Paris compares to this charming boutique hotel, originally a gift from Napoleon III to his private physician. In an environment of sheer French elegance, a welcoming and attentive staff attends to the details of your stay, and a picturesque and cozy garden offers a fine touch of suburbia at the very center of Paris.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent will stay again in the future"
Was a wonderful experience will come back soon. Everything was great.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Far from most Paris attractions."
This hotel is fine however is far away from most Paris attractions. I would suggest to stay in a hotel close to the Opera. The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff was fine but not very friendly. The bathroom (where the shower an sink are) doesnt have a door, and taking a shower is cold because the courtain in the shower is too small.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Lovely on all counts"
My sister and I traveled to Paris to celebrate my birthday. This was our second stay at the Regents Garden, and it was just as delightful as we remembered. Across the street from a Patisserie and grocery store with a wine section. Ten minute walk to the Arc d'Triomphe, but tucked away in a real neighborhood.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very well located and well appointed hotel"
Easy and very courteous check in. Had to carry my luggage upstairs though. Rooms are small but very comfortable and very well appointed. Because the hotel is on a quiet and because the hotel is not right on the street, the rooms are quiet. Bathroom was very nice. Staff very courteous and helpful throughout.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Lovely Boutique Hotel in Paris"
I really enjoyed my stay at this charming Hotel. It is in walking distance of some of the major sights. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A go-back to hotel"
We've been many times to Paris, exploring this beautiful city here and there, staying here and there, always happy about what we see and eat. Always a little dissatisfied about our stay in so many too-expensive hotels. Not this time. Everything is to be liked. Our room was small but quiet. Mattress was very comfortable. Sabine at the front desk is wonderful, […] helpful, smiling. This time, maybe we found the go-back to hotel in Paris. Thank you for our wonderful stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was charming, but a little hike to the Champs. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon so most local cafes were closed, so forced to go to Champs for some food. Not hotel's fault, just a long walk for food. Loved the breakfast available in morning. The garden area was beautiful. Front desk was very helpful and very friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect Parisian Boutique Hotel"
This hotel and staff was everything I could have wanted for my first visit to Paris. It was perfect! The room was small, but so pretty...lovely French décor with fireplace and updated fixtures. Perfect for me! The receptionist Kim was the best ever! She and the entire team made me feel so very comfortable. You must try this one!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel for first time to Paris"
Staff was personable and provided excellent help. Polite and made us feel at home. We forgot our passport and cash in the safe, didn't remember until at the Eurostar! They held it all as we hurried back in a panic. The character and integrity of the staff cannot be overstated!Genuine Expedia guest review
Had a fabulous week here. The staff go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Damian should especially be recognized for going above and beyond.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was very good and the staff excellent and very helpful. This included helping us out when my husbands flight was canceled with an air traffic control strike. The room was very nice and gave us plenty of room. It overlooked the garden and was quiet for the most part. "The hotel was fabulous."
I would highly recommend the Premier Regent's Garden to anyone. The hotel was in a very quiet neighborhood, a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, near lots of several restaurants, and it was convenient to have a market across the street to buy snacks and water. Our french was not great, so having an English-speaking staff was a life-saver. The room […] was of ample size, and had all amenities that we could want. "Nice old building, but very nice in good location."
Arrived about 8 a.m. Couldn't get into room until 2 p.m. due to small hotel, but they will store luggage and let one use the bathroom to freshen up a bit and put on some clean clothes before going to see city. Fun little 2, maybe 3 person elevator or circular stair case around elevator.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good neighborhood feel"
Good hotel. Good location. Like many hotels Europe, the room is too small for two people. It is difficult to get around the room with another person standing in the room. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The "petite dejeuner', while a good, is too expensive. We recommend the many other options in the neighborhood (which is one of the […] advantages of the location). Rooms are clean and quiet. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Review of Best Western Regent's Garden Hot"
2nd time we stayed here. Pretty, updated room, but bed should have been replaced long ago, hard as a toboggen, sunken, uncomfortable. No shower door, water everywhere! Very lazy staff. Completely self service hotel. Hotel was not full, yet they have allotment of only 15 umbrellas and refused to give us a 2d umbrella. Refused to provide a scale to weigh […] luggage. Inaccurate info re: return to airport. No shampoo. No conditioner. Long 15 min uphill walk to nearest metro stop, all in the rain with no umbrella! Completely failed to turn over two messages left for us by merchants, including Printemps! Unbelievable. Too many good hotels to choose from in Paris, won't give them our money again. "Very nice and convenient hotel"
Pros: The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly, neighborhood is filled with cafes and stores, 10 minute walk to subway stations, room is very clean and updated. wi-fi didn't work but there was one computer available for guests on the reception floor; our room was quite small and the dark decor made it feel even smaller; breakfast was nice but pricey (21 euros); I gave this hotel high marks based upon the staff not the hotel itself and also gave it a thumbs up because of them - would I go back to this hotel, […] probably not Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Very nice, good value hotel in the heart of Paris"
We stayed for five nights while touring Paris. This hotel is a great mid-priced hotel. The location, near the Arc de Tromphe is really convenient. The property has been recently remodeled and is in excellent shape. Breakfast is a bit pricey (21 Euros for the buffet), but there are many nice, less expensive restaurants nearby and wifi is free. This Hotel was quite a find. Our experience was outstanding in every way. The service - from the floor managers to the bell service personnel - was unbelievably friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was perfect - only a 5 minute walk to the L'Arc de Triomphe. The pictures on the site, however, are somewhat deceiving, in that the hotel is […] not as large as it appears. It is more of a boutique hotel, which made it very romantic, and a plus for us. The ambiance is elegant and very tasteful, yet approachable. Our room overlooked the garden. It was simply lovely. "Travelers from Bakersfield, CA"
A very elegant, comfortable hotel: It was at one time a large luxurious mansion. The location is good, with about a ten minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Their is a small food market about 50 yards from the hotel. The Staff could not have been better. They were friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
Only knock is the hotel is a little too far from the Metro. Otherwise, great service. There are places to eat around this area (Les Fourages). Bakeries/cheese shops/chocolatier/flower shop/wine shops/small market/pharmacy all within 1-2 blocks and most right across from the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"comfortable hotel in a good neighborhood"
My husband and I have just returned from our trip to Paris. We've stayed at Best Western Premier Regent's Garden hotel for 5 nights and we really enjoyed this experience. The room was very clean and our bed comfortable. We chose the "superior room" during our reservation and received one with the "street view" upon arrival. Initially, I was concerned, […] but It turned out to be a very quiet room and we didn't hear the street traffic at all. The hotel is located on the quiet street anyway. Because August days are rather hot in Paris, we had our air conditioning on. It worked very well and it kept the temperature set the way we wanted, in a quiet mode. it was important for me, because I'm a poor sleeper and I don't sleep well with loud air conditioners or with outside noises. I did sleep well there. The hotel has a beautiful garden where we had breakfast on 3 occasions and it consisted of an open buffet with a variety of choices. The staff was very nice and pleasant, willing to assist you with reservations to any local events or shows. Unfortunately, we don't speak French, but the front desk assistants spoke very good English so it made it easier for us to communicate. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Charles De Gaulle metro station and Arc de Triomphe. We will definitely stay in this hotel next time. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel, good service."
The hotel did everything it could to make for a good stay. The only thing not excellent wasn't within their power and that is for tourists wanting to walk to sights and restaurants the location is more business oriented. Yes, there are places to walk and eat but other neighborhoods seemed to offer more. For business people and others not first time […] tourists as we were, it is an excellent place at a decent rate. Also good for those who want a quieter location with garden. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This is a nice hotel in mostly a business area. Clean, well kept and helpful desk personnel. The garden is attractive. Rooms are good. For tourists and families you could be closer to more restaurants, attractions, etc. But if your comfortable with the metro that is not a problem. They treated us very well. "Wonderful Quaint Hotel in Great Location"
What a wonderful hotel! Very quaint! The hotel is within a short walking distance to the Arch de Triumph and 2 metro stops (5 min, okay maybe 10 - note, according to the Parisians, everything is a 5 min walk away). We walked home each night around 1-2am and always felt safe. After our late night excursions we cozied up in the hotel library with a couple […] glasses of wine (the Rouge is great and I highly recommend). The hotel staff was so nice and served us late into the night as it was difficult for us to adjust to the time change. The hotel offers free wi-fi which was nice. I just loved this hotel and it made our trip even more wonderful! What a good find! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not a great location"
Hotel says its walking distance to the Arch De Triumph but it's almost 1/2 mile all up hill. The closest metro is not to far but it's a bad line and doesn't go anywhere. We took a lot of taxis. Staff was very pleasant but I would not stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location and easy to get around"
Hotel staff speaks good English, and the hotel is really cute and up to date. Great room and felt like we were in Paris. Would stay here again. Too many choices of hotels in Paris, but this deserves the 4 stars it received.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I have stayed at this hotel twice. The service, atmosphere, location, and friendliness continue to be exceptional over two years. If you do not speak French, no problem here, they are fluent. Extremely helpful with all details. Very quiet location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was perfect. Only complaint was that they were renovating the hotel which caused a lot of noise. But it looked really nice and should be finished by the time you vist! Also a bit far from the metro, but the closest line is the main RER which makes getting to major attractions easy. However, beware of pick pockets in the RER metro- I was a […] victim. This beautiful hotel in Paris was perfect for my friends and I in Paris for just one day! The staff was so helpful for everything down to where to exchange money. "nice boutique hotel"
beautiful hotel undergoing renovations. VERY noisy but the hotel was superb in decor and worth the price. however, make sure to find out if construction is going on while you're staying there beforehand.Genuine Expedia guest review
"This hotel is very quaint."
Our room overlooked the garden, and it was nice to open the windows at night. One drawback was that although there were many TV stations from which to choose, there were only two in English (BBC & CNN). We didn't spend too much time in the room given that we were out sightseeing all day, so really no complaints about the hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Elegant facility, extremely helpful staff"
We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our week-long Paris vacation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service from the whole staff, from front desk to housekeeping, was outstanding. The hotel has a relatively small number of rooms--just the kind of intimate environment we like--and the decor is tasteful and pleasantly understated. Our room […] was clean and comfortable; it was also a bit small, which was expected, but I liked it anyway. The free wi-fi was an added bonus: we were able to use my wife's iPad AND my Android phone. The location was great: a patisserie and a Carrefour grocery store across the street, a restaurant and at least two bistros within 200 yards, all within a primarily residential neighborhood. Oh, and the Arc de Triomphe and its Metro stations are a mere 5 to 10 minute-walk away. The hotel is not central to the main tourist sights, but you can be at the Louvre less than 10 minutes after you board the No.1 Metro Line at the Charles de Gaulle-Etoille station. We are definitely staying there again the next time we're in Paris. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
