The hotel staff was SUPERB!!! ruthie checked us in and went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure the guests needs were taken care of.The staff in the morning was equally as courteous. Very cheerful and thanked each and every guest for staying with them. I am not sure who is in charge of hiring the employees and what kind of guidelines they use, but every hotel needs to take notes from this hotel. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but we were not at all inconvenienced by them. Even the guys who were working on the renovations would greet us with a smile and say hello as we passed them in the hall or in the elevator. I can't wait to see what it looks like after renovations! We have stayed in quite a few hotels over the last year and my kids even commented that it was the best hotel that they ever stayed in. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Great stay and staff was friendly & helpful. They even upgraded our room at no charge to one with a spa tub since there was a mixup in the reservation.

Room was not clean. Old cigarettes in night stand. In and old cup. Old medicine in night stand. Cigarettes all over the area near the door outside. Looks like they were there a while. The bed was huge. Had to be bigger than a king. The best thing about it was that is was soooo comfortable! We don't have a pillow top at home but I will now consider it when the time comes. The pillows were super comfortable also. They weren't down filled but I don't know what they were. I slept very well.

Everything appeared fine. Carpet OK. Polite at front desk. Problem with sink not draining properly. The water was rising as your brushed teeth I have stayed in worse and stayed in much better. It was convenient to the High School reunion across the street.
