"très bel hôtel !"
Excellent séjour ; hôtel très récent avec un petit déjeuné de grande qualité. L'unique petit bémol concerne la laverie : que 2 machines à laver et 2 pour sécher...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Helpfull staff in a very nice hotel"
A very nice three night stay, we would recommend it to everyone who is staying in Missoula. The pool was big, the breakfast well above average and the rooms were nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"If at first!"
We have stayed here twice now and will be back! It is a days drive from Port Angles, WA on our way, coming and going to central and Eastern Montana and Wyoming, and right at the cut off for Glacier National Park east bound, Sun Valley is just an easy drive south bound, or the worlds best flyfishing east bound! Friendly and neat. Quiet and convenient!
"Nice place, cold pool, great breakfast"
08/26/14 Anne W Helena
This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was only disappointed in the cold indoor swimming pool. This happens a lot, and the front desk always tells you they will "look into it", but I just don't believe that management tries very hard to maintain a reasonable temp. My kids lasted about 20 minutes, and they were frozen. The really nice breakfast (eggs, bacon, lots of fresh fruit, and good coffee) almost made up for the cold pool. The king/queen suite we stayed in was nice and worked well for 5 people to stay in, as long as you only need to put 1 person on the sofa sleeper because it it twin sized. Oh and it was very squeaky, every time you turn over on the sofa sleeper it squeaked.
"One night in Missoula, MT"

My husband and I stayed one night on our way to Glacier National Park. We were greeted immediately when we walked into reception. The desk staff were friendly, outgoing and helpful. Our room was a typical king room. The wireless access was easy to use. We asked about restaurants and were given great advice. The complimentary breakfast is what it is. It seemed a little sparse compared to the BW we stayed at the night before, but we found enough to eat to get on the road. We would stay here again for sure.
"Nice BW close to Interstate"

We stayed one night here. The staff were friendly and the Hotel has easy Interstate access. The pool and hot tub areas are nice and the breakfast was good. The only downside of our stay was the lack of eating choices within walking distance.
"Nice and convenient"

There are many new hotels at the Reserve Street exit in Missoula. I have stayed at the Grant Creek Inn many times and they have never disappointed. It is a nice location with a great restaurant, a Starbucks and a Town Pump Gas station right there. The hotel has been recently upgraded and painted. The beds were quite comfortable and everything was nice and clean. The rooms are dark, cool in summer and quiet. The breakfast offerings are above the average and they don't use paper plates and plastic ware! The elevators are quite responsive. Highly recommended.
"trip to Montana"

Excellent location. Very friendly greeting upon arrival. Room was spacious and clean with a refrigerator. Was also in walking distance to an excellent restaurant. Would definitely stay there again. Departure was also friendly with concern that the stay was okay.
"Mildew in caulk around shower"
08/20/14 onekama_mi Onekama, Michigan
Room 300 king/queen suite fit our family of six comfortably. Bed somewhat soft side. Nice fireplace although we did not use. Power out in morning and staff handled it well. Also front desk staff was very friendly. Poor maintenance on room though as caulk needed replacement. Slight mildew smell when first entering bathroom. This is a big negative when the shower is not properly cleaned so this caused the average rating.
"Pleasant and comfortable place to stay"

Very clean. Lobby is pleasantly and prettily decorated. Once we stepped in, we could feel the difference from other hotels. Beds' quality is excellent. Breakfast's quality was good. In addition, the bus guy in the breakfast room worked actively. The view of the mountain ranges at sunrise and sunset (through our window) was rare and unforgettable.
"Real plates and silverware"

Staff was very helpful and caring. It was such a pleasure to have real plates and silverware at breakfast. We stayed after a trip to Yellow Stone and on our way to the west coast. Would recommend it Would stay again if in the area.
"Excellent stay again"

We stay here every time we are in Missoulai and it keeps getting better. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast good, there was no noise at night, the front desk staff was professional, I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or leisure. I look forward to my next stay.
