This was a last minute booking and I have to say it was worth it. It was very comfortable. It seems like a pretty new building so mostly everything was fresh and looked untouched. I was pretty happy with the size of the TV. It had to be like 42" or more. I don't go to hotels for the size of the television but it is nice to come in after a late night/dinner and relax in bed and watch some TV. The breakfast in the morning was sufficient. Nothing too fancy but certainly enough to fill you up. It is close to the shopping area of Harker Heights, movie theaters, and most of the good restaurants. Not a far drive at all to Ft. Hood/Killeen. I would stay here again if I needed to for sure.

Everything was very nice except the door of our room had some of the facing missing, you could see right into our room. We were so tired we did not even care, sleep is all we wanted.

Hotel is located in worst part of town. Had to wash buggers of of shower wall and remove criciets from tub before use. No hot water in evening for my wife's bath. Breakfast bar area has 4 tables in a very small, compact area which is not sufficient for number of hotel rooms. Used that service only on first morning. Was continually bumped while trying […] to eat by other patrons struggled to get breakfast. No maid service the first day. No wired internet in room as advertised. Only unsecured wifi which was slow and could not access for business security reasons. Poor front counter customer service. This hotel did not live up to the standards that were expected for a Best Western. Read more

Hotel is a hidden oasis. Very clean and large rooms for the price. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very friendly.

My only problem was I wanted a non-smoking room and they were all upstairs and I did not want that so I accepted the smoking room. It was very smoky smelling and I had to go to store to purchase air freshner. Otherwise, ok. The bed was very good for me.
