The room was clean but I had a problem with the restroom door not closing all the way and the white towels were very dirty looking and there was no place to hang up my clothes.

Room was dirty....dirt in corners of bathroom, shower curtain had mold and meldew on it and tub matt was dirty with grim it. Refrigerator had spillage in the bottom of it, clock radio didn't work, telephone was located across the room on the dresser beside the tv instead of on one of the nightstands. Dust around the baseboards and beneathe the ac unit. […] Linens: Towels...old, thin, stained and rough. Bed linens........blankets, comforter and sheets....thin, stained and needing to be replaced. Felt the bed linens were dirty on fri nite and upon returning sat nite I found the sheets (I smeared toothpaste on @ foot) hadn't been changed. Went to lobby desk & asked policy on room cleaning..........was given story that they didn't know if we were returning....sheets wouldn't be changed until we checked out. Told manager I wanted fresh sheets. I go with manager to linens & was given 2 flat sheets.....no fitted and proceed back to room to change them myself. A call to the room minute later saying management thought we had checked out Ann therefore sheets hadn't been changed. This let me know hosekeeping probably hadn't cleaned the room and changed sheets since the last person(s) stay at motel/inn. Upon checking out....the woman at front desk appearance was that of someone that had been out partying sat note.......low cut cleavage hanging out spaghetti strapped shirt.....poor communication skills. It wasn't as clean as I had hoped it would be. It didn't meet my expectations for the price I paid. Also.. there was a dead cricket in my bed, which leads me to believe that housekeeping hasn't been changing the sheets out like they're supposed to.

Staff was not nice, not very helpful and did not seem to know much about their job duties or how things were handled at the hotel. We were there for 2 nights. Good hotel for price but VERY hard to find. Hotel is now a Best Value Inn. Even once you know that, it is difficult to find. However, it is newly renovated and comfortable. Rooms were quiet and the pool was nice.

I just stayed overnight at this hotel. I booked it through Expedia and the rate was really good which made up the what the stay lacked. On the positive side, it was a great rate, clean overall, and was a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, also. The in-room refrigerator was a bit noisy and when I went down to the kitchen for the free breakfast (which was ok, but only had old apples for fruit), all of the chairs were still on the tables at 7:30 a.m. (The breakfast was open at 6 a.m.). Overall, it was a comfortable stay and the location was good although it is somewhat difficult to access. The price made up for anything and everything negative in comparison to all of the amenities provided. I would stay there again....for the same price. Read more

Things were sort of ok-----except for the bedsheets. How in the world can you be comfortable when the mattress pad will not stay on the bed and those miserable flat sheets that will not stay tucked in? They will NOT stay on the bed--so the sheet is constantly bunching up underneat you? It was absolutely horrible. Every hotel has this the same problem […] but this was the worst I've stayed in. This property is in transition (bank owned by foreclosure). It appears that the owner (bank) is not replacing wear items as quickly as they should. Towles and washcloths are sparingly left in rooms and they are getting so thin that you can see through them. All in all I would give this property an "adequate" for what it is...a inexpensive, safe place […] for the night. Although I will stay again it doesn't rate a recomendation. Read more

It was nicer on the inside that the outside. Little in convienant to get to. It was good for the price. There was a chicken sandwhich in the refrigerator when we got there, which was kind of gross. Over, it was a good stay. I would recommended it.

The hotel was difficult to get to from the freeway. When I got to the room, the noise from the freeway was very notable. I was there from a Thursday evening until Monday morning. The front desk personnel are great. Very polite and great service. The free breakfast is nice too. Our plumbing was very slow to drain the sink and tub. The toilet had difficulty flushing down anything other than #1. The parking was adequate. We didn't get to try out the pool area because it rained during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located off of I-35 and there are many restaurants, fuel stations, and outlet mall shopping nearby.
