Did mail in review today. Wonderful location. Only issue was maintenance or upgrades were going on at the time and water had to be shut off for three hours. Only suggestion ( I am a government analyst so I am always analyzing things) you should spend the money to build a service elevator for your staff. On more than one occasion we had to squeeze in […] with contractors and staff. The existing elevator (although ADA compliant) should be larger for that purpose. We have stayed here in the past and wanted to stay here again on this trip. Unfortunately we had 2 rooms across from us with young and old people who were loud and drinking outside their rooms. They kept the room door open at all times. One of the women later apologized for the noise but the behavior repeated the next night. We had to call the desk […] person to speak to them. The hotel staff was pleasant, helpful and respectful. The breakfast was very good, with numerous choices and an open, welcoming space.The location is fantastic, just minutes from the bay or a little further the other way to the ocean. There was hotel construction and renovations happening which were inconvenient, but otherwise a great experience.

The hotel is perfectly located and the staff was courteous and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, we were provided a smoking room which made it impossible to stay at the hotel. It smelled like 100 ashtrays and even after leaving the windows open for eight hours the smell was still so overpowering that we had to leave and […] never even slept in the bed. It was not made clear at Hotels.com that the only rooms available were smoking rooms. Who the hell allows smoking in a hotel room in California anymore? The staff was very understanding of our predicament but unfortunately could not help us as the hotel was fully booked. Bottom line...if you book at this hotel, make sure you get a non-smoking room. If so, I think you will enjoy the location and the amenities very much. If you are a smoker, stop it, it's disgusting and your gross habit ruins hotel rooms for us non-smokers. Read more

Pick a room that does not face Orchard Ave. Starting about 5am it gets pretty noisy with all the traffic. Otherwise the suite we had was very nice. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Loved our stay at the BEST WESTERN SUITES CORONADO! The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect! Clean, professional, very relaxing! The pier/ferry are just a short walk away. On our second night there, we found a restaurant that was so good we eat there every night until we left. We'll definitely be back next year!

There was a lounge/kitchenette area as well as nice size bedroom & bathroom, so more room than I expected. It was comfortable with aircon in bedroom. The staff were always very helpful & courteous. Would be happy to stay their again. The hotel is close to restaurants & easy walk to catch ferry across the bay. Also used the pool on several occasions […] and water temperature was always good. Paid under avg a night which is comparibly Cheap considering high season and booking 1 night before. Average breakfast, great location. Loud AC in room (so had it on while being away and then off during night). Super location (25 mins walk/10mins car from beatiful Coronado beach). Overall very happy!

Gebucht haben wir das Hotel, weil ein anderes, in welchem wir bislang mehrfach gewohnt haben, sich auf mehrere Mails nicht meldete. Welch ein Glücksfall! Obwohl dieses Hotel genau an der Kreuzung von Third und Orange liegt, ist es nachts doch ruhig. Die Fähre nach San Diego ist, genau wie die Brewery, innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. […] Sogar ein kleiner Pool ist vorhanden (und auch sauber).
