This BW motel was a disappointment, thanks to the noise from the street all night long. It was like I had had the window wide open, but it was closed. It just had no isolation from the street noise. Even the talk of the people in front of the hotel was fully audible in my room. If you go there, you'd better ask for a room that is not facing the Harbor […] Drive street. Did not have time to have breakfast. Early in the morning there was coffee in the lobby, but it must have been made in the previous evening; cold and not drinkable. Hotel staff was very pleasant and when I asked about a morning shuttle back to the airport to catch the rental car shuttle, they arranged for their shuttle driver to take us right to the rental place from the hotel which saved us time and LAX frustration. And the room with the Jacuzzi tub (more than big enough for both of us) is def worth the cost if […] you have had a long travel day and want to start out fresh the next morning. We were surprised at how nice this Best Western hotel was. Rooms large, nice, and clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. A bonus, really close to LAX with free shuttle service.

The hotel is in a great location, across the street from a 7-11, great for quick minor purchases, and next to the 405 freeway that takes you virtually anywhere in L.A. The room itself was very clean, the breakfast was adequate. I would stay there again.

While conveniently close to LAX and nearby car rental locations, the room was not at all comfortable. Mattresses and pillows were lumpy, walls were thin enough to hear neighbor's conversations all night long, and the air conditioner did not work at all.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, with hot tub, breakfast, prompt airport shuttle, and next to a wonderful Mexican restaurant. I usually stay at the Travelodge a blk down the road, but this hotel was five star next to it. Very pleased. Will definitely stay again!

The staff was friendly, and the price was good for the area. As far as am airport hotel with free shuttle, we were satisfied. Since it is not one of the big, fancy airport hotels be prepared to wait longer for the shuttle.

the hotel was clean, the bead was good the room was clean. the breakfast was OK but they fit you into this room on the side and there is no room to even move. Just way to tight, makes it really hard to even get a cup of coffee with out falling over the other guests. they have this huge lobby area they could use and have no idea why they don't.

My friend and I stayed a week at this hotel. Our flight came in earlier than expected so we went to the hotel hoping we could get in, even though it wasn't yet check-in time. Happily, they had a two king-sized suite available, so we were able to check right in. The room was wonderful, very spacious, very clean, good amenities. They had complimentary […] water bottles in the fridge, which we definitely needed after a 5+ hour flight. The continental breakfast was great, diverse, and filling. The shuttle service was also helpful. As far as location, we were 20-40 minutes from L.A. hotspots like Hollywood, The Grove, Disneyland, etc. Really, there is nothing much negative I can say. If anything, the walls of our room were thin - we could hear sounds from the next rooms and even down the hall. But we were so tired every night that noise didn't disturb us. Also, whenever we told people we met that we were staying in Inglewood, they would joke, "Oh, lock your doors!" But honestly, we never felt unsafe. Altogether, for the good condition of the hotel, and its undeniably convenient distance from LAX (we had a 6:30 a.m. return flight, so this was perfect), I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Having stayed here before, we did not hesitate to rebook for this stay. It is convienent to LAX, rooms and hotel in general very nicely appointed. They accommodated our very earlier arrival graciously (having just flown in from Australia) and even offered us an extra breakfast at the time of our 9am check-in. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location close to LAX but room was quiet -- didn't hear any noise from the airport. Room with king-size bed was reasonably sized and most importantly, very clean. Complimentary parking, continental breakfast, and 2 bottles of water make this hotel an excellent value. Would definitely recommend!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I stay in LA one time per week on business and try different hotels. The room was very large, had a refrigerator, microwave, huge tub, and comfortable bed. The room was quiet and clean. There were two televisions in the room (not necessary, but nice). I will be staying there again!
