Perfectly adequate hotel near the western entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Have stayed in "nicer" appearing Best Westerns but the area is crammed with similar type hotels. People come to the area (which reminded me very much of the boardwalk in Coney Island, NY) to be in Yellowstone Park and clearly are not hanging out in their hotel. The hotel […] did the job, light breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub (nice addition but I didn't get to use). I am glad we stayed there as we booked late in our planning and little is available in the summer there. I would suggest this as a basic centrally located no frills place to stay. Read more

All was excellent except that the plumbing came through the walls. From about 6am every morning, we heard neighbors taking showers and flushing toilets. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable.

Some other hotel patrons had a dog in their room, which barked while its owners were at dinner. The hotel supposedly didn't allow dogs, but the staff didn't know what to do in this case. I would have thought the hotel chain would have policies to deal with such cases, but apparently not. We had a nice stay after a busy day of travel. The Hot Tub and Pool were great and towels on site was perfect. Wish a bathroom would have been by pool - it was a long trip back to room in wet suit.

This was one of several hotels we stayed in during our 6000 mile road trip. The room was in minor disrepair, but otherwise okay. Not the best hotel we stayed in, but adequate and acceptable overall. I wish I'd spent a few dollars more for another hotel. I guess you do get what you pay for.

It's very closed to west enterance of yellowstone. We booked it also because of free wifi and breakfast. But the wifi never worked. We lived 1st floor, at night, we can hear every foot step from 2nd floor which is very very annoying.

Spent 4 nights over a long memorial day weekend and absolutely no complaints with the hotel. The rooms are large and clean, the complimentary breakfast is pretty good and the location is excellent. Can't complain!

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and location prime. We found no hair anywhere and the carpet was clean what I truly appreciated. The staff was a little upset among themselves, and the breakfast was very basic, but It was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip cross-country.

the staff were very friendly and everything was clean and convenient. the air in the room was dusty, however, and caused all inhabitants to sneeze or develop sore throats by morning. this particular non-smoking room may have been too close to smoking room.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Granted, it is an older property, but it is well maintained. This hotel has TempurPedic (or similar memory foam) mattresses - far nicer than I expected from a Best Western. Be aware, however, that booking through Hotels.com only reserves you a place. We were welcomed by a cheerful and helpful desk clerk - possibley the owner - who got us settled in efficiently. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to stores and restaurants easily and safely. Breakfast was all that we could ask for. Enjoyed the stay.

Best Western has 3 HUGE motels within a 2 block radius, a short distance from the west entrance to Yellowstone, so they really don't give a rats butt if you are satisfied or not. When my 83 year old Mom checked us in, while I had to find a bathroom (which by the way they do not have anywhere except your room; not even by the pool..yuck!) they gave her […] a room right on Highway 20 , I mean 8 feet from the street, and it's a VERY busy road. We had gotten there before a lot of people checked in, so I went to the office and said we were not willing to accept the room right on the road. They moved us 2 rooms over. So, we were happy. We stepped into the room, and into a puddle of water, from where the fridge had leaked onto the carpet. Oh well...After a LONG drive through the park, we were ready to relax and watch an HBO movie, and the TV had the WORST reception. I tried to tighten the cable connection, and the wire fell out of the cable connector, as it was not crimped onto the wire. So, we called the front desk, and a young man (and I mean, young; I think all the staff at the front desk were no more than 19), came to our room and tried to fix it, but admitted he did not know how. He talked with Tomas, the supposed maintenance guy, who doubled as our housekeeper, and he claimed he crimped the connector back onto the wire, and as soon as we turned the TV back around (Tomas left that task to us...), the cable fell out of the connector, again. I finally just stuck the wire into the cable hole, and we watched the movie with squiggly lines all over the screen. The continental breakfast was nice, but there were only 6 small table to seat people from about 80 rooms. The pool was filthy, the hot tub absolutely disgusting, and all in all, NOT a great experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Motel-style hotel with clean rooms. Breakfast area pretty small, only few guest can have their breakfast at the same time. If you do not want to get up too early, do not chose the rooms on 1st floor since you probably would hear the other people o the 2nd floor when they will get up.

The room rated as average with us, an older motel that has been remodeled -- comfortable bed, clean and pleasant, but small tub and john area and few frills. It had a fridge and microwave, but we didn't use them. We were on a second floor and weren't aware of an elevator, so we lugged our luggage up outside stairs. Nice hotel and really nice staff. Room was spotless. Mattress could have been better but we were still able to sleep. Free breakfast was awful. Prepackaged danish, pancake on a stick, microwave "omelette"s. Ask for a room on the side or at the back since hotel is on a busy highway with large trucks.

Room was clean and very quiet. The Continential Breakfast was a disappointment. Room is too small to serve everyone, hard to get around to get your food even if you were taking it to your room. Loved the room and location. Only one negative...could not use the continental breamfast because it was too crowded and not clean. But there are lots of good places nearby to get breakfast. Overall loved our stay at this hotel.

This hotel/Motel surprised us in our travels from FL through Chicagoland and then through Yellowstone to No. CA. The room was comfortable, the king bed very comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue is their breakfasts, which have to be improved for a perfect score.
