"Try someplace else..."
The staff was rude. The heater did not heat the room. The bathroom floor was so cold it was crazy.
"Make a better choice!"
Small, basic, cheap, traffic noise, foul language and loud noise until 3:00 am from rooms next door, king bed turned out to be a full, breakfast was a stale muffin and bad coffee.
"really easy to get to"
nice big room for some resion i got 2 beds but that was a + thay were both soft but one a little nosie. the rooms were quiet and over all vary nice i would stay agin
This is one of the most ghetto motels I have ever stayed in. Looked like there were people living in rooms, not a family atmosphere, did not want to even touch the hottub. I would not wish this hotel stay on one of my worst enemies.

"Roseburg motel"
They are upgrading the motel but we found it very clean and not too difficult to get to. It is located downtown but close to the freeway and shopping centers
"Terrible Hotel"
This hotel is occupied by many permanent residence. It is scruffy and run down. Only book it if you are desperate...

"Worst Hotel Ever"
Worst Hotel Ever - Really. - Dirty, no toilet paper, no Kleenex, no dead bolt, stinky, drug dealers and prostitutes, breakfast was a box of cereal, etc. Stay Away!
"Douglas Value Inn"
Very dirty, Not good location
"Train pass by early in the morning"
Internet was very slow and noisy traffic from auto in the front with early morning train passes by.
"Douglas Inn"
As we unloaded in the parking lot we were greeted by a vagrant asking us for money. This hotel is definately a one night stay, get in and get out type of situation. Breakfast was not what I would call inviting. Denny's is down the street.

"Wow"
I got a none smoking room that had cigarette burns all over the bathtub. The night manager was very helpful but I would not recommend to anyone and I will not stay there again.
"Poor service, dirty room and bathroom - stay away"
The bath room was dirty, broken re-freezer, bed was broken and I was almost fell off from the bed. Dirty couches with stains. Included breakfast was a joke. Rent is not cheap either. This hotel is not meant for staying with family.

"Clean, convenient, cheap"
Planned a one-night hotel stop to get civilized between camping stints at Redwood & Crater Lake National Parks. Roseburg has some wine tasting in the surrounding hills, and this hotel was clean and conveniently located near restaurants.

"too loud"
there were people living above us i think, they were loud all night, with a small child running back and forth across the balcony until almost 2:00 a.m. and banging noises. A man with a deep growly voice would yell outside our window all the time, the train noise, and a person with a loud import car would drive by the same time each morning and wake […] me up. I could hear every word of what the person next to me was watcing. But the lady at the front desk was super nice. Read more
"Great room for the money"
We needed a place to stay in Roseburg for an Anniversary party downtown and The Douglas Value Inn was perfect. We were just a few blocks away and easy walking distance to most shops downtown. The room was of your basic variety, (not a high end type) neat, clean and the room included an ironing board and iron for our convenience. The front rooms are […] along a busy street, but I wear earplugs to sleep anywhere but at home so it wasn't an issue for me. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and very interested in making our stay a pleasant one. If you're looking for a basic room near downtown that won't break the bank, the Douglas Value Inn is a good choice. Read more
