We thought the beds were very comfortable, room could use som upgrading but was satisfactory. Service was excellent. Receptionist was very friendly an helped us later by gettiing a maintenance man to our room very quickly when we discovered our heater was not working properly. The holiday motel doesn't look like much from the outside but we found it to be a pleasant place to stay. The remodeled rooms are well done with comfortable beds, big televisions, A/C that works and is not too noisy. Definitely recommend.

The staff was very friendly, stating if there were ANY issues, at any time to ring, someone was available 24 hours. Our room was very clean, we had ample towels, everything was there. If you have to stay a night in Winnemucca this is probably the place to stay. The other hotels in town looked pretty sad. Maybe a bit worn around the edges but it is clean and staff very friendly. Really had no issues at all with the room. Was sold out the night we arrived, probably best to reserve ahead (we did).

The manager/owner was very pleasant. They had coupons for the sister hotel which was just across the street and two doors down the street. The room was very clean. The only downside was that I'm used to just a little more room to move around in, and the parking lot was crowded. But I think I would still stay there again.

This hotel was clean and quiet for being on the main street. The girl who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Remember...this is Winnemucca, so don't expect too much. The quilt on the bed was worn underneath and their could have been some extra bedding in the room. Room was clean and large in size. There seemed to be a lot of outside noise from train and some type of motor (maybe ice machine). Location is by casino and restaurant. Motel is ok but not special.

Stay here when in Winnemucca. Great desk clerk when we checked in (Brooklyn accent was interesting in this US location). Clean, updated room. $1 each in nickels to gamble in the Winnemucca Casino across the street. The motel and casino are owned by the same company.
