love the bed comfort, tried to see what type of mattress they had but didnot want to disturb the cover over it, perfect stop for us with our dog and after a long drive from Boise headed home, didn't get to try the pea soup, though. I reccommend this hotel to travelers i on Interstate 5 headed either north or south, very easy .

The staff was wonderful &accommodated all our requests. We had the pool to ourselves 2days in a row. My Aunt & Uncle held 50th anniversary party there. We had about 20 relatives over the next day & used the pool & the staff allowed us to move tables & provided a Dolly for us & plastic wear. We will stay there again.

We rented two rooms. The lower floor smelled. They allow pets and it definitly had a pet smell. Left the air on and the sliding glass door open for a while and it was fine. I would stay again but hopefully not in a pet room.

Everything was fine. The room had a very noisy air conditioner. The lights around the bathroom mirror, very bright and hot. Suggest they use a lower wattage. Breakfast okay but not exciting. Staff were pleasant.

This is the perfect stopping point for an overnight on trips, with a restaurant in the next parking lot and gas across the street. The staff was friendly and more than helpful. The room was clean and well stocked.

After a long nights drive with my elderly mother we turned to the known quality of the Best Western Brand for a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay. What we got was a rundown, dirty room with one flimsy blanket and an ancient wall mount heater which did'nt work. The sliding glass door to the outside was open on our arrival .After closing the door […] we noticed that the entire frame of the door had been compromised.We spent a very uncomfortable, cold and uneasy night . The tap water had a very nasty smell and we left early in the morning without showering or making coffee.All in all a very nasty experience for alot of money. My best advice is to keep driving and stay elsewhere. This place is not worthy of the Best Western symbolor the 2.5 star rating given to it by hotels .com Read more

Pretty standard 60's / early 709's era Best Western with outside doors. Very easy access to I-5 at Santa Nella and adjacent to Andersen's Split Pea soup restaurant. Somewhat dated ameneties (27" t.v. - no HD), but the free WiFi works and is of reasonable speed. Coffee pot, microwave and small refrig were in my room. Santa Nella is mostly a truck stop […] location with the potential for quite a bit of road noise. You'll want to ask for a room well away from the road. They default to "our east wing" which is on the road :-( .. front desk very efficient and friendly. If you have a little extra time, the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery is nearby and is very nice. Read more

I am a truck Driver, and I ran out of my driving/onduty hours and had to do a 34 hour reset, so I could drive again. I called my wife and she drove the two hours to see me. We spent some quality time together, and did a lil XOXOXOX. I read the reviews of this hotel. And I would say that almost all of them were wrong. The room were clean and comfortable. […] No bugs! It has old style furniture, but my wife and me didn't mind. There was a musty smell coming from the a/c unit, but it wasn't that bad. Yes there is a truck stop right next door, but you really cant hear the trucks idling in your room. Frankly if you remove the trucks, America would grind to a halt. My wife turned down the bed to find a couple of bugs crauling around which I killed and took to the office at 11:30pm to be told they could give me another room and would tell the manager to give a discount in the AM., we were gone in the AM but were to tired to move in another room that may have BUGS also. The overall hotel condition was not impressive - definitely overdue for remodel. Room layout was rather cramped, not extremely convenient. Carpet in the room was really dirty, overall condition of room was poor. Hotel location with respect to the freeway, however, was very convenient.

There is not much in the area but if it's just an overnighter on your way somewhere then it doesn't matter. We like to have dinner at Pea Soup Andersens and then go for a swim […] in the pool after dark. Try floating on your back while star gazing - it's a wonderful way to finish off a long day in the car.
