The staff was pleasant, the lobby very nice. It is a Super 8/ Days Inn. We were in the old part in back. No elevator or luggage carts. The rrom was not clean. Bathroom floor needed scrubbing, not just in the middle. a yellow blob of something was on the lightswitch! The carpet needed a good cleaning.

Nothing really fancy, just a clean, quiet room, comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Wi-fi ready. Close to MANY eating choices, plus a nice breakfast selection. On a budget? A good deal.

The hotel itself is old and my room had cracked and missing tile in the bathroom. The gap under the outside door was about an inch. The room smelled musty and had obviously not been attended to in a few months. Overall, it reminded me of hotels we stayed in high school to have parties. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

overall it was terrible, first room we got the a/c did not work and it was 85 degrees in the room, they moved us to another room, then close to midnight we had a guy open our door and try to walk in until he realized there were people already in the room, come to find out they double booked the same room so he had a key to our room. So the next morning […] we leave and come back to find out our key cards have been deactivated so we had to go get new key cards. I guess in my opinion you really get what you pay for and next time I will pay the extra money for a nicer hotel. Read more

I did not enjoy being waken up at 6:00 AM with a dog barking in the room next to me. I will not stay there again and I will not recommend it to my friends.They should have told us dog stay there. Nothing was done about it by the management

The hotel was difficult to find since they were operating as 3 different names and not well marked. The door to the room had a major gap between the door frame and the door. We had to get an additional towel so that we could wedge the towel to fill the gap. (the gap was so large, it would have been very easy for insects to enter the room or for someone […] to insert a crow bar to break the door open. We had to travel to another hotel to get our breakfast. Our airconditioner was loud and took a while to cool the room. The service was good and we got what we paid for. They are still in mist of remodeling, maybe a newer room would be better!

The pool was very good and sparkling clear. The hotel was not a travel lodge as advertized but a super 8. Not so super. there was three in my party. there were only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels, 1 bar of soap and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Our stay at Travel Lodge in Valdosta was a good one. Pool was clean. Room was clean. Bed was a little hard would have liked a softer one. Construction was not a bother on the weekend stay. Overall would definitely use this lodge for our stays to Valdosta/Wild Adventures.

Hotel is under renovation, but management was careful about keeping patrons away from the chaos. Hotel obviously is in remodel phase. Most rooms boarded up. Found a temporary office at extreme rear of building with no lobby to speak of. This may be a real hotel at some time but has quite a way to go.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel is under going renovation. They have done a great job of keeping that away from the guest area. Check-in & out was swift & easy. Stayed in the building closer to I-75. The one farest away was under renovation. The 1st room was to close too traffic. They moved us to the quiet side away from traffic politely & quickly. The staff […] was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & the beds were comfortable. They had a blanket on the beds, but no comforters, but the room temp was adjustable & worked. We had a good nights rest both days. The breakfast area was closed, but they provided vouchers for breakfast to a nearby hotel that was excellent. We had trouble getting the WIFI in our room but they did contact their IT tech to help solve the problem. Points for the effort. Qverall, if your looking for a good value and a clean comfortable place to lay your head. Consider this hotel. If you are looking for a place to spend the night while traveling, it is not a bad motel. The room was clean and most of it had been recently refurbished. There were no bedspreads on the bed, just sheets and a blanket. I would return, but it would not be at the top of my list.

Our Garmin sent us to different location, so pay attention to signs when getting off interstate. Wasn't quite what we expected, but only used for sleeping. Took 15 minutes just to learn how to turn the tv on. Beds were very uncomfortable. And there was writing on the bathroom wall like at highschool in the stalls.

They didn't have my room reserved. It took an hour to check in and they didn't have a crib for me. The vending machines on my floor were broken so that I had to reach through broken plastic to retrieve chips and go looking for a soda elsewhere. The elevator was broken down. The bathroom vent was broken. The shower had mold and the bathroom floor was […] dirty. I was provided no maid services and told that they didn't have any towels for my second day. They eventually went and found some though. I also had no crib for my second night there. The pillows were terrible The bathroompillowsbathroom vent waswas broken. When I complained to the night staff that I wanted my money back so that I could go somewhere else, the gentleman smirked and laughed at me while telling me no. Eventually Hotels.com and the Travelodge manager worked together to give me back most of my money. On the positive side, the AC worked very well and the room was very quiet. The windows and doors needed more sound proofing. The pillows were tiny, the size of throw pillows. Check in was at 2:00pm. we checked in at 3:00. tyhe room was not ready and the maid asked us to get the towles... Really? But they were pet friendly and the 10$ pet fee is worth taking the dog along.

Hotel was comfortable- the only complaint is light sleepers may want to avoid- Interstate noise is continous- Hotel served the purpose- an overnight stop on our way to our final destination- easy on & off the Interstate. Clean & a good express breakfast.
