Hotel was great on beach, although we had a lower level room, we could still see the beach. Several of the rooms were being upfitted and the balconies had boards on them. It didn't look that great from the outside.

During the duration of the night from upon arrival through checkout, your guests were extremely loud!! They were calling/yelling out names of other guests as if they didn't know what room they were staying in. Loud talking and laughter in the early part of the morning. This went on sporadically during the course of the night.

I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff. The breakfast was much more than I expected. The only issue I had was the bathroom sink took forever to drain and the water took a long time to get hot, otherwise it was a wonderful stay, and I will go back again.

I saw several good reviews before I booked and a few not so good, but believe me, this older style but nicely remodeled hotel will meet your expectations. The room was clean and everything worked well. A man was out early in the morning spraying off the pool deck and some sidewalks (not disturbing), a sign that the place is being lovingly maintained. The room was clean, the pool was very nice and the hotel management and staff were very helpful. My only dislike was how close we were to a truck stop and major interstate. I would recommend this to anyone looking for cheap, clean rooms.

This was a very "average" hotel. The pool area was nice, the room cleanliness and comfort was adequate. Ask for extra towels when you check in; we had only 2 very small, very scratchy bath towels in our non-smoking king room. This place isn't new, the room often smelled of cigarettes (from adjoining guest rooms) and there is almost nothing to do nearby, […] but the price is definitely right and I never felt unsafe. We stayed one night before leaving for a cruise out of port canaveral, and would recommend it to others in a similar situation not looking for anything fancy. Read more

This hotel was really very nice. The staff was capable and helpful. We had a room far away from the lounge so we had a peaceful night. Our room was updated and clean. The breakfast came with the room and was the best array of foods I have seen available in any hotel of this kind. There was a waffle maker, scrambled eggs that were still warm, a variety […] of juices, yogurt, cereal, etc. My ONLY complaints were that we had 3 bugs in the room and that the air conditioner smelled musty and I woke with a stuffy nose. First impression of this hotel wasn't the best- We arrived late and all we saw was a bunch of rowdy truckers at the attached bar. However, the evening front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and was fairly clean; could have been better but I have seen Much worse! The pool was clean and nicely landscaped. Breakfast had many […] selections. One evening we ventured into the bar when it wasn't full of truckers, it was very small and sparsely furnished, but the bartenders were super nice and made it a nice evening. Price was right, but being located 12 miles from Cocoa Beach was kind of a drag. I requested smoke rooom had to go the far back side and upon entereing room found a half dead roach on sheet called front desk and he wanted me to come back to desk and I advise him he need to come to me and he did bring me a new room key. Maybe he should have checked room before giving me the key they knew I was coming

I chose the hotel because of the bar. When I arrived it was in darkness and closed!!! Manager said it was being renovated but I doubt he had the custom to support it! The bar photos should be taken out of the advertising as this is very misleading. The room was old fashioned and a neighbor was cooking outside on a small charcoal grill. He left his empties […] and butts on the ground! Apart from this it was okay, but I checked into another hotel for the second week of my stay. When my wife and I first got there we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It made us feel comfortable which in our opinion is by far the most important aspect of a hotel room. There were some slight maintenance issues with our room though. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was meticulously clean and nicely appointed. No problems with the WIFI, but difficult getting a cellular signal in room. ...nice pillows, nice a/c, nice shampoo (pantene), nice breakfast... We stayed as this was on our route and we wanted to a place to stay just for the night. The price is good, hotel is conveniently located, the staff is friendly and the room has all the basic amenities. Newly renovated and very clean room. I stayed overnight for the space coast marathon and was very pleased, especially for the price. I am very picky about hotels and when I booked this I was a little nervous, but I have no complaints! :)

I had business on Cocoa Beach over the weekend. I had stayed right on the beach several times and the accommodations were always a disappointment, no matter what I paid. All and all it's nothing special, but the facility is clean and kept up. The room was clean and the staff was polite. Breakfast was fine. Right off 95 put us right where we needed to be. Quick in and out for an overnight stay.

This hotel was right off the I-95. Across the street was a IHOP, food was good. The hotel was only about a 30 minute drive from the beach, right on the same road.

I saw that this hotel had a lower review on Google Maps when I was searching, but those people were wrong. This hotel had a friendly staff, good location, and the room was very clean. The bathroom was spotless and appeared to have a brand new tub in it. The pool was spotless and the grounds were well-kept. The continental breakfast was more than adequate.
