I booked a king room but when I arrived was told they didn't have any so had to settle for a double room for just me and my bf. I was very aggravated.

This is by far the second worse hotel that I have stayed in. I have stayed the night in numerous Days Inn, however this will probably be my last. The beds were flat and uncomfortable. The lighting was poor. The rugs smelled old. The bath room toilet was smelly. One of the electrical outlet was did not work. The room was missing an alarm clock, iron, […] and ironing board. In your listing you said they had microwaves, iron & ironing board in rooms, but they did not. They did not have the room clean, when I arrived after 3:00 pm and I had to get towels so that I could take a shower at 5:00 pm, because I had a meeting to attend. They finally made the bed at about 6:00 pm, but they put a Queen size top sheet & blanket on […] the King size bed. They turned them crosswise, so that they would be wide enough, which made them about 18" too short. I did not know this, until late that night, when I returned to the room. The next day I got one of the housekeepers to put the correct size sheets and blanket on the bed. The carpet was a disaster, but the room was a comfortable size and had a good A/C. Read more

We always stay at this hotel when traveling south from Michigan, The staff is always polite and helpful. Breakfast is great! The room is spacious and comfortable.

They wouldn't answer the phone when we called. They were rude upon check in. The room was dirty. The A/C unit was very inefficient. The worst part is that I actually got bed bugs by staying there.

The rooms were run down. Matresses were stained & worn out (20 yrs ago) It appears the drug dealers moved out for a nicer place and this place took over. Don't save money here spend the extra & go somewhere else!

The bed was comfy but there was big stains on the carpet and I used a towel (very scruffy) after my shower and it looked like someone had dried very dirty hands on it. HVAC made such a loud noise we could not use. The breakfast was bad, coffee weak as water, and the dining room was not clean or neat . The only place nice here was the lobby. The rroms smelled. There were several places that were molded. The air conditioner did not work properly. The staff was polite. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was clean, but musty smelling, Febreeze took care of that. Beds comfortable but we always bring our own pillow from home. Food good for breakfast, and staff were helpful and friendly. Good value for money stayed and since only passing through would do so again.

First of all, let me say something nice about this property. The hotel manager did allow us to check in early. She went out of her way to have 2 rooms cleaned for us to get in so we could go about our day. That being said, the property was in desparate need of updates. Bathroom had new, curved shower rods, but old ones had just been left there and the […] bathroom was not very clean, moldy and mildewy. We asked for a blanket or a sheet and an hour later we were given an extra bedspread and told that there were no blankets or sheets. When we arrived the first thing the attendant did was ask where we were from then proceed to talk down about our area of residence. The rooms did have air conditioning but it did not work the first night; after talking with the desk attendants the air conditioning was fixed and worked the second night.
