I was HIGHLY disappointed that before we reserved the room for the night that we were not informed the hotel was going through remodeling. We scheduled this hotel for time away and also for the access to the indoor pool... to find out that one of the things that were being remodeled was the pool. It was a major disappointment.

We would have been more than happy to cancel your reservation for you as this was one of the main reasons you were staying! We are doing many renovations to benefit you and all of our guests. We are looking forward to the improvements being done and I hope you will give us another chance to show you the quality we strive to deliver here at the Best Western Aladdin.

This is an older hotel that is comfortable enough for a one night stay. There is no elevator at this hotel so if stairs are a problem - request a first floor room. The breakfast selections were a pleasant surprise.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy, and our window would not lock. The pillows had stains on them and the whole room was just kinda dirty. The only good thing was the water pressure.

Loved the beds. Loved the place. Loved that it's close to Burgerville - a fabulous burger joint. Most of all ... loved Tony at the front desk. He's the best!

A really bad night at this motel. Noise carried all over the place...hallways, upstairs, laundry room, etc. Someone came in at 2 a.m. and made lots of noise and then knocked on our door by accident it seems.

The Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. The room was very basic & not updated like other Best Westerns, however, it was clean & comfortable. The location was great, close to businesses & restaurants. Breakfast was great & well stocked. Price was very affordable. The downside is this is an older motel and needs updates.

Have stayed 3 years in a row, easy on off for freeway. Close to yearly 4th of July event. Have always been treated well by the staff. Awesome indoor pool, will have to bring a suit next time. Seems like a good continental breakfast, always busy when I go for my morning coffee!

Older style motel well renovated. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast provided in pretty breakfast room. Hotel not really close to good restaurants so need to take the car. Also no supermarkets close by. Staff very helpful.

Great hotel, lovely staff, clean room, good car parking, nice breakfast, easy to get to from the highway. The hotel is on the outer edge of a light industrial area but it's in a quiet street. I only stayed a night on my way to Mount St Helens but I would stay there again if I was in the area. Great value too.
