"Very nice for the price!"

"You get what you pay for"
When we arrive, there was a sign on the office door saying staff was working on premise and then instructed us to locate staff so we could check in, not quite professional but they saw us drive in and came right away. One of our shower knobs wasn't working so we called down to front desk and the guy came over right away to fix it so that was nice and […] appreciated! However, staff was very reluctant to let my husband take food out of lobby to bring to me from the continental breakfast so I could get ready for a wedding.Continental breakfast was okay, get there before food runs out b/c they weren't really motivated to refill food that was gone. No one was at front desk when we checked out so we just laid our keys on the counter and hoped that someone saw it and wouldn't charge us for an additional night. This hotel works if you aren't planning on spending much time there and don't want to spend a lot of money for great customer service. "It was close to where we had to be"

Other reviews are misleading!! The room was out of date and not clean! Found hair all over bath tub and on floor around toilet. Used towel hanging on bathroom door. If u need 3 locks on your room door you might have a problem!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
