Room was clean and tidy although a bit small. I found the windows were not locked and a couple of rooms had sreens that were bent and needed repair. The door to the pool area would not open with our key cards (by the way we complained about this last year during our stay). The location is wonderful and the rooms are great for a reasonably-priced motel. Having bad knees, I like that all rooms are drive up and ground level. Managed to leave my laptop behind and drive for nearly three hours before remembering it. Due to time of day, day of week and my need to retrieve it, I had to drive back to retrieve it because overnight […] shipping to me was not possible--but they had the laptop in the office and were perfectly willing to ship it to me. Some places I've stayed, the laptop would have been on eBay before I got out of the parking lot. The free omelet and waffle breakfast was so popular that the service ran slow and items ran out. They could stand to add some staff during the breakfast hours to ensure more timely service. While hardly gourmet, the food was fine once we finally got some. The poor girl who was alone in the breakfast area was cheerful and hardworking, but there was just too much work to do for a single person. That would be the only less than perfect part of an otherwise very nice stay. Read more

We were there getting car work done and the room exceeded our expectations. It's a older hotel that has been tastefully remodeled. It's very charming. They allowed us a late checkout and we were able to walk the river and have a nice sushi lunch down the street. Breakfast was nice as well with homemade omelets. I didn't know our room came with a kitchen. […] My only complaint would be the parking. If you drive a large pickup or SUV it could prove difficult making the turn inside the hotel complex. I suggest getting to your room early for best parking, otherwise you can park across the street. Read more

This hotel was updated with a new pool & fitness center. Workout equipmt is wonderful. Omelettes made-to-order were super. Walked to dinner, with many restaurant choices within walking distance. Shower was only disappointmt being a very cold room. Would stay there again gladly.

This hotel was a very good choice. I LOVED IT!!!! the room itself was very big, and we asked the lady to give us a good view. And the view was MAGNIFICIANT!!!!!! it was right next to the man made falls. It turned out that this hotel let us rent bikes for free. So we just rode around the falls and it was just soo lovely. This hotel was undergoing renovations to some parts so there were a few things that weren't finished...we were given a HUGE room, more like a suite, that was very nicely done, clean and comfortable. A few negatives...the toilet tank was quite loud and took a lot of time to fill up. The hotel is quite spread out and our room was at the end opposite the […] office - the wifi consequently didn't work in our room, but would work if we moved closer to the office, or even sat at the beautiful park across the street. We prefer to stay at places where breakfast is included, as was the case here, however upon arriving to the breakfast area 45 minutes prior to the end of the designated time, there was very limited space to sit, and much of the food was already gone. There was only one person working the breakfast - she was the one cooking the 'made to order' omelettes, and so was busy with that and did not have time to fill the close to empty bread/pastry/juice, etc. Another traveller asked if she would be refilling the waffle mix (which was out) and was told that since breakfast was almost done, that was not likely. This was the biggest disappointment for us, as when we stay at Holiday Inn Express, in our experience the breakfast is continually filled up to and usually after the designated time. Overall we had a good stay...nice location, very clean and comfortable room. Read more

The hotel is doing a massive remodel and addition, so there is construction going on everywhere. Be prepared to wake up when the work crew arrives. The room was nice. This will be a very nice palce when all the work is done.

This was just the perfect spot to overnight..Billboard on I-15 announcing exit made it very easy to find. The room was exceptionally clean and comfy....enjoyed making a cup of coffe upon our late evening arrival and stashing our roadside snacks ion the refrig. in our room. Came back 3 nights later to stay again on the way home:)

This motel was about the best location in Idaho Falls. It was across the street from a nice park on the falls and next door to the convention center and several restaurants were in walking distance. It was also very close to the airport. Add in the great front desk service and breakfast - a great bargain...

Während meines Aufenthalts im Mai 11 war das Hotel im vorderen Bereich eine Komplettbaustelle. Der hintere Teil, in dem ich wohnte, war ok. Die Zimmer sind mittelmäßig groß. Die Sauberkeit war i.O. Die Lage ist spitze, direkt an den Falls. Es gibt bessere Hotels in Idaho Falls zu günstigeren Preisen.
