Pros: good location, close to all attractions and airport, free parking and breakfast, clean, friendly staff, large room and comfortable matress. Cons: very noisy as located on a busy road and lacking soundproof windows, possible a nightmare for a lightsleeper. Uncomfortable pillows but for my taste only(large and too thick).

The location is awesome- not far from the airport, downtown, the harbor, and Point Loma. But the actual room was lacking. Uncomfortable beds made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The breakfast provided was good, the pool and hot tub were great, and the staff was helpful.

Really enjoyed staying here. Had everything I needed, Breakfast, pool. WiFi, free parking, location. Only complaint would be the traffic was a little louder than I thought it would be, but not much of a problem for me.

Free airport shuttle, a little far fron gaslamp district or convention center. Nice patio off room Breakfast was in a cery small room with little selection , although not bad to get a bagel or yogurt. Oh i forgot ...they bake cookies every afternoon!

Very satisified. We've used this hotel twice as our overnight stop before leaving on a cruise and have found it very convient to both the airport and cruise terminal. They offer shuttle service to both locations. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Personnel are very pleasant and helpful.

Our view had a great view of the harbor. Not only was our room very clean, but the entire hotel was very clean and well-kept. The only thing that was a little dissappointing was the amount of noise we heard from the traffic on the street. But for the view, it was worth it!

Hated on the first night, got the top floor room 608, too much noise from the roof A/C unit. unable to sleep. Staff won't change room for us, because nothing was available. Nothing they will do for us until next day. By the way, we got our son with us, and he is 4, he can't sleep due to the noise. The hotel is conveniently located on the marina. Rooms are older, but maintained nicely. The breakfast offered is the weakest part of our experience but overall, we would recommend the hotel because of its location, staff and overall cleanliness.

The area was nice. Room was as expected. Not much of a view but we were on the 3rd floor. We took the city view because of the review of traffic noise. There wasn't much traffic anyway. Overall it was what I expected for the money I spent. Don't forget to stop by Jimmy's while you're there.

Nice location, close to the harbor. However, the room is very small with two queen beds. The worst part is the wireless internet signal is very weak and didn't work for me during the two-day stay. The signal from Holiday Inn nearby is so much stronger than Best Western

The staff was some of the most pleasant people I have interacted with at a hotel. They genuinely seemed happy to be there, and to help out wherever needed. Oversll this hotel is FINE. But that is it! No frills at all. It is a great location in proximity to airport and they offer a great price for long term parking!! SO if only the beds were comfortable...it would be awesome. But the beds are sad. So we stay anyway because the parking situation is so awesome.

The rooms weren't ready even by 1:30 PM. They asked me to come back after 3:00 PM and were very inflexible about check in time. The room had a great view. However, the night before I left there was some police incident at the neighboring building with almost 10 to 15 Cop cars. That was a bit scary since the receptionist was very casual about it.
