Hotel was close to the airport so that great. But I hate hate hate all the parking fees in San Franciso.
"great spa, quiet neighborhood"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
This is my favorite place to stay in San Francisco. The Kabuki Springs Spa is one of the main reasons. Be sure to get a free pass to go there at the front desk, and make a reservation,as it gets busy on the weekends. It's a hidden treasure.

SFO is conveniently located 12 miles south of San Francisco. BART, or the Bay Area Rapid Transit, links San Francisco International Airport with The City (as San Francisco is commonly known among locals). The airport is conveniently located to businesses in the north and residential and business communities to the south. Some of the leading biotech and Silicon Valley companies are within minutes of the airport.

"My stay at the Best Western Plus"
The service was very accommodating. The hotel employee at the front desk went out of his way to bring us water bottles late at night, and did not even want us to pay him or tip him. There is ample parking. The continental breakfast is very good.
We were impressed with the hotel and the continental breakfast. We would stay there again if the situation arises.
"Great Location"
Walking distance from great shopping, eating and the beach. Average amenities and dated rooms. Extremely friendly staff. If you're only using your room for sleeping, you can't beat this place.
"Not fancy, but clean"
This hotel was definitely a no frills experience. The wallpaper in the room had been patched in several places, and the paint had been touched up many times, not always very well. The front desk staff were not overly-friendly, but helpful. In spite of the room's appearance, it was very clean and everything worked well. The continental breakfast was […] decent. The location was close to where I was working, which was convenient. For a no frills business trip, this is a reasonable place. Read more
"Awesome!!!!"
This hotel was the best out of 4 different hotels on the street I stayed at. Customer service was a plus. I don't think theirs a nicer place on that street. I give this place a 10 easily. #1 for my choice if ever stayed in the area again.
"Older facility needs upgrades, but friendly staff."
For the fee charged, I got about what I expected. Everything "worked," but it's obvious this motel needs upgrading -- carpeting, new bathtub, etc., in order to get better marks. The attending staff was friendly, polite and helpful (if a little too informal). Also, in other hotels and motels in which I've stayed, if I needed extra pillows, someone would […] bring them to my room. This time I had to go in search for them -- the lobby was "out of" pillows, so I followed the attendent to the laundry room to see if they had any just laundered. I still don't understand why, when hotels/motels provide a king-size bed, they only provide a minimum of small pillows (smaller than standard) which don't extend across the width of the bed. King-size pillows should not cost them any more money, given the bulk discounts these places should be getting from suppliers. For this Red Roof Inn, don't expect much from the attached coffee shop. While it is convenient, (open 24/hr. a day), the food is mediocre at best, and the restaurant, again, is old. The seating is in dire need of replacement. The wait staff, however, is friendly and helpful. Read more
"Ok hotel if you need to be near Kaiser"
We asked for early check-in and the hotel said it wouldn't be a problem, but when we got there our room was still not ready. The young woman checking us in was pleasant though. The owner was needlessly rude to us while we were lounging at the pool. The rest of the staff was hit or miss. One lovely woman brought us a local restaurant menu, but later […] the staff refused to even bring a towel or pillow. Read more

"Fantastic Shower!"
Okay, this was a cheap hotel room and about what I expected. Definitely no frills. But, and this is a big but, it had one of the best showers I've ever experienced in a hotel. The front desk was very helpful and even offered us water for our drive home. The one down side was the WiFi. Terrible. Yes, it would have been nice to have a flat screen with […] more channels available, but everything else was great, especially for the price. Read more

The hotel was fine. the only complant was the carpet was dirty, and the corners in the bathroom were dirty.
"Horrible Customer Service/Horrible Hotel"
Smelled, room was musty and moldy smelling, out dated and not clean! This is a 1 star motel.
"Clean comfortable rooms"
The room was everything I expected: quite reasonably sized, even largish; very clean; comfortable bed; well appointed washroom in good order. The location is perfect for meetings in the Silicon Valley area. The facade is a bit of a turn off, the lobby is unattractive, and the neighborhood a bit of an eye sore, which is no big issue considering that […] the price is low and in any case each morning I went out to meetings and work. The one real criticism is that I would have liked a richer breakfast. The breakfast has all the basics (eggs, yoghurt, bread, coffee, some fruit) in a self-service buffet in that cramped lobby I mentioned. A fuller selection for breakfast, including more types and quantity of fruit, low-fat cheese and an ability to cook my eggs (not just hardboiled) - would have made it perfect. Read more
"Ok for et 2 stjernet hotel"
Skal du bo på hotellet i mere end 1 dag, så sørg for at få et værelse ind mod poolen, da der er en del larm fra gaden.
"Ok hotel"
Vi valgte kun hotellet, da det var lige om hjørnet, fra det vi skulle bruge det til. Der var flere lamper der ikke virkede og der var ingen undergardiner. Morgenmaden var ok, havde det vi skulle bruge og der er gratis internet i lobbyen.
