Don't like being fooled about what all is included ! If you say there's going to be breakfast at least tell me you lied and there's not so I can make other plans ! And listening to golf carts all morning drive right by the door when your trying to sleep is frustrating ...

I always stay at the 1st Branson Inn when in town. So does my friends. Friendly staff and re-modeled rooms make for a nice stay. Walking distance to many restuarants and shopping.

The hotel was clean, quaint, centrally located on the strip. The rooms were small and I would not recommend a room here for more than 2 people. The beds say queen on the website but felt more like a full bed, not a lot of room in them for 2 people but the beds were comfortable. The room itself was clean and had TV, Fridge, Microwave, chairs & table. […] The bathroom has a standard tub, plenty of hot water but not a lot of water pressure. We did not eat the breakfast here but if it is important to you, book a room in building 2 as that is where the breakfast is served and the building appears to be newer than the front building. Parking lot is on a steep slope so be sure to use your emergency brake when parking. Overall the hotel was a good deal for the money and we would stay here again in the future. Read more

I thought the hotel room was filthy. If we had a longer stay we would have changed hotels. We did not eat there because if the room was that dirty we didn't want to try the food. I would never go their again . It was what I would call a dive.

Very clean hotel. We stayed in the King/Jacuzzi suite. It was very clean and comfortable. A little on the pricey side,but worth it. The breakfast buffet looked okay, but we skipped it, so I can't comment on the quality of breakfast. The jacuzzi tub was nice and great for unwinding.

THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST MOTELS TO STAY IN. THE STAFF WERE VERY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL, OUR ROOM WAS SPOTLESS AND WE ENJOYED THE HOT BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING WHICH INCLUDED EGGS, SAUSAGE, BUSCUITS AND GRAVY AND A NUMBER OF OTHER ITEMS. The mattress saged in the middle, so we asked for another room, they just exchanged the mattress with a new one, which was just as bad. When we forgot to remove our "do not disturb " sign off our door , we called for clean towels. We were told to bring down our dirty towels but them in a plasic bag, then were given clean towels. No bath mat because […] the hotel was full and they ran out(?). Terrible place, room smelled like mold and there was a dead fly behind the bathroom door the whole time we stay there. Cheep breakfast. Motel very under booked, upon check in we asked the very unfriendly front desk clerk, if we could upgrade to a king size bed. She said NO unless we pay extra. We would not stay here again. It was a very small room.

Bring headache medicine and pillows. There was hair on our pillows, both sides. There was a loud pipe banging noise in the walls all night. Previous reviews talked about free mini golf, no longer free $8 per person! Beds uncomfortable, front staff unfriendly, breakfast blah but you get what you pay for!

The people at the front desk were rude when checking in and out. When we called and asked for extra towels and pillows they would not bring them to us and they said they did not have anymore pillows. Neither lamp was plugged in when we got to the room. One of the lamps needed an extension cord to be plugged in - which they never brought. Was very disappointed at the age of the hotel. Pics on the website did not accurately portray the condition of the hotel. The hotel also said that there was free wifi but we could not connect in our room and when we complained they said that the room we were in was the cut off for wifi. We would not have booked if we had known that.

The hotel is central on the big entertainment strip in Branson . The breakfast area is in the second building and with that many people being there in the mornings it is a very hot stuffy area. I would make sure that fans are installed there to circulate the air . The rooms get a 2.5 rating from me . The bathtubs and walls could use some scrubbing powder […] to get the dirt out of there from the previous occupants . The dusting could be better too beside the nightstands and by the bed ruffle toward the headboards . A very think layer of dust is there. The bathroom fixtures had thick dust on them too as the ledge by the sink . The hotel stated that it is smoke free , but if you have occupants smoking right outside their door and throwing ashes and the cigarette butts downstairs , I consider that not smoke free that was very bothersome ! Not so great at all. First off the customer service was horrible, I mean horrible. I booked the room three weeks in advance but they didnt have the room I booked. So instead we got a double queen....gee thanks! Second the toilet ran all night as did the AC which would not let you regulate the room temp.. I wouldnt reccomend the Hotel to anyone. Last […] but not least as we were leaving the hotel manager asked how out stay was, when I told her everything all she said was "awe shucks thats too bad" ....really?
