WAY TOO MUCH NOISE COULDNT SLEEP. BREAKFAST WAS NASTY. KIDS RUNNING AROUND SCREAMING WHILE THE MANAGER WALKED AROUND AND DID NOTHING. AND THIS WAS ATT 11 O CLOCK AT NIGHT. SIMPLY HORRIBLE

The only problem was I requested a non-smoking room and the room smelled like a smoking room with no ashtrays. Very strong smell.

The hotel is expensive for its price. The room is clean and big. They said in the ads that they have a fitness room but all the equipments are not working. I choose it because of the fitness room. I will pick another hotel next time I go to witchita.

This is the old Red Coach Inn. This place was closed for over a year for refurbishment. They have done a good job so far. There is more work to be done but overall this is a nice motel again. Thought I booked a NON SMOKING room and when I arrived I found out it was a SMOKING room with no other rooms available. Very disappointed and will not be staying at a Best Western again.

Saturday Night the hotel was really full of soccer players and familyies so we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub. Sunday the hotel was empty and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Nice hotel and convenient to I35. Only caution is there is no continental breakfast. Our room happened to be next to an electrical room and was noisy, but I'm sure other rooms are fine.

I thought the hotel was very comfortable and reasonably price. However, be aware that according to the people at the hotel, free breakfast does NOT come with the room! I had to call hotels.com to straighten out the whole situation. Other than that, I was satisfied!

The room was large and clean but I especially liked the indoor play area. After being cooped up in the car for hours, the children 13, 9 and 3 were all pleased with the area. Something to entertain all of them. Nicely done.

We were met by a surly desk clerk, when asked where our room was located pointed to the stairs and said just up the stairs. When asked where the elevator was was told we don't have one. Got to room and found wet squishy spot on carpet. Called night manager told him the problem, never heard or saw anything again. The hotel was great. The location was easy to find. The neighbor hood was fine. Cleanliness great, room comfortable. The biggest problem was one of the clerks working the afternoon front desk was very rude and not concerned about customer service!! As everyone knows bad customer service ruins the entire stay!! The worst thing with this stay was traffic noise. We were on the outside by the Interstate. Might as well have had a tent in the median from the noise. We have stayed here several other times, but have never had the outside room before. Not a restful night. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. But the first desk staff we spoke with was not helpful and did not want to help us. Thank goodness that the next person we spoke with was more helpful in helping get our reservations straightened out although we had to wait 30-40 min. This hotel was fine. It was expensive for what you got. The breakfast was probably the highlight which is sad. The bathroom was small and the beds were not great. Noisy neighborhood and doors from the outside and the inside made for a restless night.

After checking in, the door to my room appeared to have 3 bullet holes in it? Turfned on the lights to find 3 cockroaches dashing for cover. I stayed awake overnight and worked with all the lights on. I recieved a coupon for breakfast the next morning to the restaurant attached to the hotel, chose not to give it a try!!
